Good experience for sharing files among machines
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to share any files among machines without any careness. Additionally, when I need to share files with others, just sending URI generated by Dropbox is all what to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no good way to resolve conflicts automatically when multiple people work on the same file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to share important files with others.
Easy to use and share files
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward site to use to add folders and files for those customers who can't access our ftp site.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I've experienced, the file space is good.

Dropbox fills the gap for the files that are too big to email and for our customers who can't access our ftp site.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like my files are very secure. I love being able to search for files from my phone. But my faviourite feature is the Camera Download that integrates my phone with my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs more than most other ways to back up, but I'm willing to pay for it.

Easy access to files, ability to easily share large folders of files.
An Excellent Way to Keep Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox keeps everything secure and gives one the freedom to log in from anyplace one may be, whether at work, home, school, or at a friend's house. Dropbox let's you have the choice of what you want to do, gives you the security of knowing your stuff if safe. I use Dropbox for all of the time for all of my writing needs, keeping all book covers and bookmarks in each of their own files, which makes it extremely easy to navigate through and figure out what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no real issues against Dropbox, at least at this time, and I've been using it for the past 10 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping keep everything organized and secure, and that is letting me focus more on writing and formating than worrying about whether or not the covers or bookmarks of my books is still going to be where I need them to be, when I need them to be there.
Dropbox is like a readily available memory card
What do you like best about the product?
One I like best in Dropbox is that it is very convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is the limitations in the storage capacity when you don't apply for an upgrade. That's all.

The problem Dropbox solving is the protection of the privacy of my files. It benefits me a lot because I need to keep my files secure from theft.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for almost 10 years and i can say since start It's quite easy to use as it's UI is keep updating as per requirements and user feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, but i feel it should have something to open it's docs/ pdf file by it's own in mobile apps as I have to use any third party application to open my docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it as a extra space to save my personal files and photos.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, always reliable and never messes up. Customer service is hardly ever needed but when you do need it , it is good. I use Dropbox daily and it is my go to for filing everything. It fits seamlessly into my whole computer set up on my Mac Book Pro. It is very easy to get it going and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is getting constant messages to upgrade to a different version or get more space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our filing in one accessible and reliable space on the computer. So it cuts down time by having it all reliably at your fingertips.

It has really good features, the kind of features you imagine would be good...and then DropBox suddenly has it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's terrible iPhone live photos are destroyed...it makes Dropbox useless for me as a backup service. Also, people need to have a paid account to receive large folders from you

Making larger amounts of data available to users, libraries of legacy material

There isn't much I don't like about Dropbox, I love the ease of being ably to transfer files and taking notes so that others may see the continuing progress.

When someone removes a file from your folders, it's completely removed from everything, is there a way to just share the file with out it disappearing?

Great product and service with lots of tools and easy to use. Can be improved with more with iOS

I use it regularly. It works very well for backing up my personal files using selective sync, as well as for all the files on my computer. The app is easy to use and install.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with iOS and macOS X could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to photo and video backup. It would be great if this feature worked more like iCloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for backing up my personal files with selective sync, as well as for creating backups of all the files on my computer. Disaster recovery, having not to use it. :)
