Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is so intuitive and user-friendly. I was able to pick it up quickly and haven't looked back. As an HR professional, it's my go-to for onboarding new hire paperwork, signing and sending documents and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about HelloSign. It has the cabaility to do what I need it to do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an efficient and quick way to have documents signed. I can keep track of the process as well, which is helpful.

HELLOSIGN IS THE GREATEST!
What do you like best about the product?
The website is straightforward to use. It helps that all I need to do is upload the documents and send them out. We use the website all the time to send out our records. Hellofax is excellent to use at a great price. easy to use! I would recommend everyone use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should have more room to send out multiply faxes. You can send multiple faxes, but I do sometimes have to send out more than one because it does not fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is straightforward to send out, and it benefits us to send out the faxes quickly and easily. Yes, we get all of our work done in a timely fashion. We have had more clients.

I would recommend this to everyone.

More options for smaller businesses. we need more templates but are limited to a certain number and don't have the larger budget like a larger company

Easy to Use and Secure E-Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign made it easy to upload my documents and add custom fields to send to clients. The user interface was very straightforward, and my clients never had an issue getting important agreements signed and back to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a feature to build and edit documents directly on the platform. For example, I'd love to create a template document and then change things like scope, client name, etc. I like to customize my proposals and service agreements, so generic "copy and paste" forms don't really work well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting contracts and formal business agreements signed in a fast and secure way. It saves us time and effort overall.
Fantastic platform for E Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Hello signs' ability to make documentation process entirely digital is a huge relief for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sizing of the boxes for our own documents can be a bit off when putting them together. Would be great if they had pre-made contract templates to help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to print papers and hold them all in a file cabinet is a huge help for us. Also getting contracts out to clients quickly day of and signed day of without back and forth saves everyone so much time.

It has a free trial, try it first and see how you like it.

I primarily use this for offer letters, and the integration with Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, is clunky.

Better Alternative
What do you like best about the product?
I was enticed by their price, but HelloSign was an instantly useful tool for getting signatures. I use it for all signatures now, including when an in-person email would be easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't obvious how to replace the underlying document in a template while maintaining the fields I had already set up. I almost quit the service over it, and luckily, I found out how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was originally solving the problem of contactless residential lease signing. Now it is simply a faster and more reliable process to get all the signatures required than meeting in person.
Quick, easy, seamless contract signing
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HelloSign is how easy it is to use. The interface is intuitive and the process of uploading, placing signature/data fields, and sending is super simple. Great pricing, especially if you only have a few agreements to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - we have had no issues using the product.

Grateful to have a quick, easy, effective signature process. Easy to track and manage until completion, follow-up options are nice. Files are easy to store.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy HelloSign is to use. I send lots of contracts everyday and this makes it so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. My only issues ever come from customers who aren't tech savvy. People who can't follow simple instructions. Nothing related to HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy signing. No need to send PDFs, wait for the client to figure out how to sign and scan and send back, then rerouting it to the next signer. SO SIMPLE.
