Excellent external storage online
What do you like best about the product?
Access through anywhere with WIFI. Easy to login, easy to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the capacity was higher before having to pay for it. I store videos with audio and require a lot of space

Temporarily storing videos for editing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access on any device, anywhere. Cost is reasonable and it is relatively easy to use. I have subscribed for years (more than a decade) and appreciated many improvements and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no reservations about Dropbox. It has been updated improved regularly. I have never been tempted to use another private cloud data strorage service.

Exchange of documents; archiving and retrieval; access across all platforms
An essential part of my operations
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is so straightforward. I primarily use it on my desktop rather than in the browser, and it's comforting to know that my materials are safe. I use it with my team for work, and I use it with my family and friends to share things. It's just essential to my workflow and my life!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can be a little clunky/confusing. I understand it now for the most part, but I still think the design and function could be a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a professional photographer, and I primarily use Dropbox to share large numbers of large image files.

The ease of you plus the fact that i can access from anywhere -and any of my devices

Its gotten way more pricey and i have with it for years - has no- non-profit discounts, plus has a great new feature called capture that does not work good

No external devices needed. I can keep all my documents organized and in one place with Dropbox. It also makes file sharing SO easy!

The downside is you can't access documents offline

My USB was damaged and I lost a lot of important info. Dropbox has completely solved that issue
Great Storage App
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using DropBox since its first launch and have loved it. I believe I started using it just a few months ago. I used it with my students to share information and add their homework to a shared folder. I also like that it is more private and has a higher level of security than Google. My IT friends use it as a safer and more secure way to share sensitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer apps are okay; I just haven't had time to explore them. I also lost some photos in the Dropbox photo file, which is public. The samething happened in iCloud. For all of my photos I tend to store them in Google Photos, but I do still store a few in DropBox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share content with others easily and efficiently without worrying about security.
Best file storage and sharing system available
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use and accesability. I like that it has a streamline accessability across all of my devices and website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could be a little cheaper but nothing is getting any cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to share my research to thousands of people with access to my website.
The best cloud-based storage app ever
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use. Even though I have a free account, the storage capacity it provides is generous. It is easy to integrate with my local drive, as well as other apps. I use Dropbox everyday as a backup storage for some of my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the cost. It will be great if the cost can be lowered down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud-based storage - I can get to save some important files from my local drive to Dropbox and access it anywhere and in another device, as long as there is a Dropbox app installed.
