Easy Accessibility anywhere and for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
That I can access my work anywhere anytime on any device and share with colleagues only what I want to share which I can stop at any time. Working with a lot of documents in the BBBEE environment particularly at audit time it allows for documents from others to be uploaded and kept in one place for the audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced is trying to open a password protected document from Dropbox using the web address when i did not have access to my computer. It sometimes does allow me to open the document and other times not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Living in South Africa where a computer can go "missing" it's great to know that I can quickly recover my work and continue being productive. Also allows me to store year's worth of work and insights required in my line of work.

Fast uploads, speedy service, great data syncing

Sometimes the clunky nature between computer and the online world

Easy access anywhere. Both on laptop and mobile. Choice to store files on cloud only and not on machine.

It is a bit expensive. The yearly subscription should be more cheaper.

DROP BOX CAN BE ACCESS ANYWHERE VERY EASILY. LIKE IF I DO NOT HAVE MY LAPTOP WITH ME, I CAN STILL ACCESS MY FILES ON MY MOBILE VIA DROPBOX APP.

WELL, I HAVE ONLY FACE PROBLEM ACCESSING DROPBOX ON MY MOBILE APP. IT CAN BE BOTH MY MOBILE PROBLEM OR SLOW APP PROCESS.

THIS IS HOW I CAN SAVE MY TIME BY NOT GOING TO MY BOSS TABLE. I JUST USE TO UPLOAD FILES OR EIDT FILES ONLINE.
Easy and Relaxing
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and helpful app. I always enjoy during working. I can easily share my files between home and office.

I think owners should increase the default storage size.

Reliable online backup
What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to access it when without my computer, and it is also easy to use. It has been a reliable method for me to save items.

I just wish the free account had more space.

I use DropBox to share documents, as well as to backup items that I want to be able to access from anywhere.
Dropbox is like a trust worthy friend!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very easy to navigate. I've had my account for years and I like the fact that I have been able to store many memorable files, photos and videos there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed in my account there were files I had saved that were considered " extensionless files" and were no longer supported. Please give suggestions or partner with some one who can help me restore such files if possible.

I get to keep my business related files separate from my personal files

I love drop box, easy for me and my clients! Its also easy to ask questions to customer support if needed!

I wish that the links wouldnt expire in the dropbox transfrer. they should have the last for ever option!
