Seamless Cloud Storage Experience with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for a variety of needs and it's been a standout experience. Its user-friendly interface makes managing and sharing files effortless across all my devices. Collaboration is simplified with easy file sharing and the ability to comment directly on documents, improving teamwork efficiency. Security is top-notch, with features like two-factor authentication ensuring my data is safe. Whether for personal use or professional collaboration, Dropbox has proven to be an invaluable tool for seamless file management and security and highly recommended for anyone seeking a reliable cloud storage solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new mac interface and the fact ww can't have dropbox in an external site

Sharing betwen multiple macs

What do you like best about the product?
As a graduate student with accommodations for certain disabilities, I rely on the disability resources team to make my readings accessible. They use Dropbox to make those accessible texts available to me. The system works very well when they need to deliver remediated readings to me. I have the Dropbox app installed on my computer, and can get the documents near-instantly. In all, it's quite convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app installed on my computer does not appear as a virtual drive, as some other cloud document storage systems do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me get remediated documents, speeding greatly the process of getting those documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It's available all the time from the office outside and from our phones.
It allowed us to switch from the server to the cloud. It's easy to use and implement.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'dont know how to create a password for the different users so all of us are using the same password. That's not very convenient due to confidentiality and safety.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need the server anymore. We have a lot of power failures in Puerto Rico. The server became unreliable. The back up wasn't updating at the cloud so we switch completely to the cloud. We all can work from home.

Very easy to use and the download time is very quick.

I personally don't dislike anything about dropbox

forced to use the website if you want to manage cloud folders, would be better if there were off line folders with no content or an option to select the content you want to have downloaded

it is great for holding music, documents, and photos. It is also universal for all phones (apple and android)

It does not always load/play music. Esspecially when not ocnnected to wifi.

Storage for all of our performance music as a dance studio

Cloud sharing capabilities. Storage is substantial for a typical office.

Requiring recipients to have to sign up with Dropbox in order to access the shared files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to email or fax documents. Ability to send large files to the recipient by just sending a link and letting them access the file and download it.
Dropbox is a solution for my day to day needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's realiable and has a great, intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop sync software may sometimes crash silently, so I may get an old file version while believing to have the most recent one. No data is lost if this happens, though, Dropbox manages conflicts pretty well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a reliable way to share documents with my coworkers. Makes access and editing pretty straightfoward.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox every day for both business and individual purposes. I have different devices that allow me to access files uploaded very quickly, and I really like the" online" feature, which allows me to save tons of storage space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing I do NOT like about Dropbox is that I depend on it too much. If I have a new computer device, I don't think I can get along without having Dropbox on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox shares my files and allows me to get access to the uploaded files while using different devices at different places. It also saves a TON of space on my computer and laptop.
Easy accessibility on Mobile and Desktop
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Dropbox allows for easy upload from my computer and that I can free up space on my computer with one click. I also use Dropbox to scan and store old photographs, and have them readily available for viewing on my smartphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any dislikes about Dropbox in the 12 years that I've been using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to streamline my file delivery process. I upload the files to a folder, prepare a link to share and it becomes a live folder that I can update automatically with files without having to resend a link.
