What do you like best about the product?
The application is accessible from any IT equipment with internet access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet identified any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me access to my documents from many alternative applications and equipments.
Great for archival and file sharing for my production company
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use, the cloud based services and how user friendly it is. It has most of the needs for my business and have been using it for a while. It's been dependable and I plan on continuing to use it for my production company.
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of customization for data plans to expand as my business expands is a bit of a crux that i see being an issue in the future. I'm not ready for enterprise but also the current pro/business plans are filling up fast in terms of storage. So I'd like to see more customization.

Sharing video files and assets for my contractors and to clients

It's a easy and proficient way to store pictures and files that are important and you can upload those files easy to different websites

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox works well across platforms (Windows, iOS, Android) and generally makes files available everywhere. I use Dropbox to backup everything and to sync two different primary Windows computers. It's always on. I've never lost anthing on Dropbox, thanks.
I also like that I can see my more standard Windows files on my iPad when I need them. iOS does not always enable opening or editing all Windows' applications' files, through.
A Standard Dropbox on Windows is very easy. Any customization or after-the-installation changes can get pretty complicated, though.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once 'addicted' to Dropbox, it's difficult to leave. Over time, Dropbox gets expensive, too. My experience tells me that MS OneDrive is now at parity with Dropbox and sure is easier to manage and maintain on Windows computers.
I never use Dropbox file sharing because it's much more clunky than with Google Docs
I also find Dropbox periodically creates annoying Sync Error folders for no apparent reason. They have to be manually deleted.
It would be nice, considering Dropbox' prices, to have much better file management capabilities on the cloud side of storage. Seems very primitive compared to Windows' capabilities to manage files.
Plus, it's nearly impossible to get a real person to help with technical issues at Dropbox.

I do not use Dropbox for collaboration. MS Teams and Google docs are both better for team collaboration.
Easy to use for business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's straightforward to seamlessly sync files across multiple work devices. There's no need to set up and get confused with complicated settings and folders, or the way things are synced. It works just like a local drive more or less.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost is a big issue and the value it provides compared to its competitors.

Having work files synced across multiple devices for seamless access. Having files saved in the cloud vs taking up local storage.

I have been using dropbox for a coulpe of years. it is so easu to share folders with others and also store and access in any computer or mobile device.

storage is low and as a student it is difficult for me to get stoage for a cost

sharing folders with others and working onlie or offline would save the folder so it is easy to make changes and save it.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for years and what I love most about it is I use it mainly for my cellphone photos,I transfer all my photos weekly and then to my hard drive without ever overloading my phone photo album and It is the only thing I trust, Thank you sooo much for this service!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox integrates with my hard drive; I have the option to sync specific folders. I use Dropbox on the go most of the time, and it is quickly accessible, it also has the ability to share a document with others and then it also removes their access after a number of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that people who I share information with did not need to have a Dropbox account for the storage room.

I can create a mirror image of my computer. It is fantastic

Although it is not as easy to serach like on my mac, I can definitely find things here.
