I work in Marketing & Brand Development and Dropbox makes file sharing easy peasy.

There is no downside in my years of using Dropbox.

Great for content organization as well as collaboration.

I am able to sync across multiple devices very quickly. I feel very safe about my data, and great about the speed at which things sync.

None--it is the best product out there for sure!

What do you like best about the product?
When I need to save something it is as easy as if I was saving something as a file on my computer. This is my favorite thing. My second favorite is that i am able to save photos I take on my phone, I can access it easily through the app and send emails using the PDF's that are saved in the DropBox system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better collaboration for smaller teams and groups. It seems like there is either individual or a large jump in price to a large organization.

CLoud Storage
Excellent way to keep and share larger files such as videos.
What do you like best about the product?
I can save important files on the cloud and can reach them from any desktop or from my phone app. Excellent for sharing videos, etc. that may be too large to send in email or text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it works just fine! Easy to upload pictures or videos from my phone.

Sending videos to customers is easy with the link from Dropbox.
Dropbox has been very helpful with sharing files

Playing audio files directly in Dropbox is great

Permissions can be a little confusing to deal with.

Sharing of ideas and updates quickly. We use it for writing music and it makes it very easy to bounce ideas back and forth

I love that it works seamlessly across multiple devices and that I can ensure I have access to important documents from anywhere, even without devices. Super convenient and relatively affordable all things considered.
