Simple and Efficient Online Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent place to back up data, especially since I work with big digital video files.

Can be a slow upload for big files such as videos.

BOAT BUSINESS, USING MY PHONE FOR TAKING PICTURES AND VIDEOS FOR SERVICE RELATED ITEMS, AND FOR SALES RELATED ITEMS AS WELL. FROM PHONE TO PC IN MINUTES.
"Efficient File Handling: I'm Being Real Here, I Used Dropbox"
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a major game-changer in my file management. Its interface is so easy that I am able to upload, organize, and share files practically without any effort. The fact that it can be used on different devices without any limitation has really helped me to be efficient when I am not in the office. In addition, the collaborative features which are very convenient and easy to use, have helped us as a team to communicate better and share our work. In short, Dropbox has made my work process smoother and I have been more productive than before. I would advise it without any hesitation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is a pretty good app with a lot of nice features but it has a few minor things that are not quite perfect. A big disadvantage is the little amount of storage space that the free version has and it can be used up very quickly, particularly if the user is one that is heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is the solution to the major problems of file management and collaboration that people commonly face. To begin with, it does away with the need for physical storage devices such as USB drives or external hard drives by offering cloud-based storage. The result is that I have access to my files from any place with an internet connection, thus the possibility of losing important documents is minimized while my flexibility is increased.
Secondly, Dropbox makes collaboration easy as it permits the access and editing of files by multiple users at the same time. This, in turn, terminates the practice of sending documents via email for review or dealing with different versions of a document. Syncing in real-time ensures that everyone is working on the latest version, thus facilitation of teamwork and an increase in the output of the team.
Finally, Dropbox makes files safer by giving a single platform for storing and defining all files. This, in turn, is the decluttering of the place and makes it very easy to find the necessary documents, thus saving the time and reducing the frustration.

Good for keeping data
What do you like best about the product?
Shows recent activity when I log in, so that I can access my projects easily. I also like the folder path on the side of the window.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure that I can think of, it is a decent platform to collaborate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can also make edits on dropbox rather than having to download the fine and reuploading it.
Excellent Online Filing. Great for Small Business Filing
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to edit saved items to pdf. Ability to edit pdfs. The phone app is so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to save a page separately from a pdf. The option to delete a page is nice. But if a client scans several reciepts or docs in one pdf, I need to separate them into different pdf files.

It is an easy to use filing system for my small business owners.

What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to dump my files into Dropbox and send them off in an email, text message, DM, or whatever other method I need to use to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't find many issues with dropbox -- however maybe it would be nice to be able to change the viewing permissions of certain links!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The nightmare of using Soundcloud or Wetransfer to send music and MP3s through the internet. Saves me a ton of time.
Easy, simple, user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is my go-to for any file sharing. It's simply easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to upload and easy to share. I'm sure there are features I'm not using, but it makes it easy to upload and share content with designers, save documents I've downloaded and search it all via the search bar. There isn't a learning curve and I use it multiple times a week!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a photographer and wish I could do unlimited storage for photos, but haven't quite figured out if Dropbox is the best fit for that.

Easy to share files with clients and contractors, universally easy and user friendly

It's easy to use and completely free over several devices.

Nothing honestly. I can scan documents, upload pictures and do all sorts of thing so there is nothing to complain about.

I'm a teacher so it allows me to transfer material to different location much easier.
