What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage limitations and development workflow. Dropbox allows me to always have access to the files. I need across many devices and allows me to easily access files whether it's for clients or my own work.
Game saver for collaboration and running and collaborating within my business.

Simplcity of use and using it seamlessly amongst my team

cost is somewhat high and I don't know how to use all the features and apps that are a part of my subscription

protects all of my files in the cloud freeing up space on my computer and allowing me to transfer files to clients and collaborators

It is relevantly simple to use and has shortcuts built in on my computer.

Desktop App functions as Windows Storage; Mobile app works great and is easy to use. Sharing between parties is easy via Link

Great service, very flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I love the backup feature and how I'm able to access anything on my computer from my phone. It has proved invaluable in many cases. I also like being able to securely share files with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike. Even the cost of the service is very reasonable for what you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to instantly backup my hard drive is of most benefit. I never have to worry about losing anything. It was very helpful when I got a new laptop and had to get files from my old one on to it. I used restore backup and it was easy.

Very easy to use. Very easy to organize the various folders I have made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people I send links to have issues.

Sending secure files to other people.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to save & access all data and projects. It lets me 'send' invoices and completed work easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is having to pay, but it's a reasonable fee.

Sharing docs - since I'm in a remote location.
Dropbox: A pretty good but not great option

Being able to grant access to individual files that are too large to email.

The organization of files used to be easier; now it seems a but clunky to get where you want to go... there's more hunting involved than there used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows us to share files, which allows us to work remote when needed.

We can share info among all of us and can acess files from anywhere and we always us it.
