With HelloSign I can easily get all my client documents viewed and sign!
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best part is the reusable templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is it takes a little while to understand the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved is getting secure documents signed.

HelloSign is worth giving a try.
Easy to use, meets all my signing needs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy & user-friendly UI. I also like that I can go back and even re-upload a new document without having to redo the whole process again.
What do you dislike about the product?
No easy way to see who the documents went out to from the dashboard without multiple clicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing employee agreements & selected client agreements (that are not signed through our platform).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The only e-signing service I have used because there has been no reason to change.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great service for my parents and my colleagues. I am able to send important papers for signature in a flash!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes! Everything works great. Maybe discounts for current members when renewing?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem is to get the signatures from meetings. This product has reduced the stress and angst of having to wait for signatures.

Affordable eSignature Solution for Professional Services Companies
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is simple to use. Also its feature like template creation and copying othrs during the process is very useful.

I think it would be nice if we could have Signatures in color. Right now it only supports only black.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HelloSign for the following
(a) Signing NDAs with potential partners / vendors
(b) Streamlining the Quote generation and acceptance process.

If you haven't used it so far, try using the template feature.
If you don't have e-signatures built in, this is a simple way to do it
What do you like best about the product?
I used to use another platform for sending invoices and contracts that had e-signing built in. I was nervous setting this up, but it is so simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is another line item expense for running an online business. But in this day and age you can't just rely on email communications as contracts. Get them signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see which of my coaching clients has signed our group program agreement, and which to follow up with. Also able to help guest experts and podcast guests easily agree to terms, and track their agreement.

Draft your contract in Google Doc or Word, and have it ready to go, then convert to PDF and upload it in.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is incredibly user friendly, and allows me to customize the document and whom recieved it in what order, capacity or purpose easily. We spend less than 2minutes sending up an email for approval once we created a document that needs signature. In production, time is money! HelloSign saves us a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a step before a document is sent to clients where an individual can review and approve the contract before we move onto signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, most clients had issues with other platforms when reviewing and signing contracts via their phones. HelloSign is compatible with all browsers, and their phone interface is just as friendly as their web based one. We no longer have issues getting clients to sign contracts quickly under a deadline!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a shot. Trust me, whatever platform you are using now for contracts is not as easy to use and as secure as HelloSign.

Sometimes trying to look at a doc after it has already been sent is tricky
