Filesharing dream
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can share assets with our customers, allowing them access to specific files and not others. I have to share lots of files with clients and Dropbox makes it really easy to make sure they can only access their specific folders. I find that it is easy for me to upload and share files and easy for my clients to access them.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes glitchy when renaming files/folders. I also wish I could duplicate folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to share a lot of files with customers regularly. Google limits file sharing to users outside of your organization so I needed to find another solution. Dropbox allows me to share lots of files with a lot of clients. The files are easy to access by customers and it is easy for me to upload/organize them.
Simple, effective.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of dropbox is how easy it is to use. Works exactly as expected, every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any negatives with Dropbox.

Honestly, it is not very likeable. I do not like this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology can easily be replaced for free with other technology. It is difficult for all coworkers to understand how to use it. As a mac user, it is not function to use with PCs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to click and automatically open google docs, as that will reformat the document and auto save.

What do you like best about the product?
The connectivity from desktop work to laptop work or even remote work at different locations is seemless and your files are available to you always.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to this software-I use it everyday for file storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about storing my files locally and storing them on a flashdrive so I can work remotely. with Dropbox, I just grab my laptop and go.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that dropbox allows me to send an easy sharable link so that my coworkers can view and download photos and videos in full quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
I could see improvement with that folder and organization interface. If I accidentally move a folder in a folder, it is tricky to move it out.

Dropbox solves creating an organized way to share and store media for organizations.

Sometimes, files are not available online.

I don't need to be at my desk to access my archive of photos.
Great way to keep multiple devices in sync especially when not on the same OS
What do you like best about the product?
That it can be used on different OS and helps keep my family in sync. Very easy to use with my password manager and is used daily. The addition of online only option helps me save space on the devices where space is a limitation. It is easy for us to share documents with people outside our group as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before I would have said it was that I had to sync everything but not now. Cost is a bit high so we only have one with the larger space in the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I don't have to sync my files at home as well as work because both connect and get the current versions
Dropbox has been my primary cloud storage for years and have never lost any data.
What do you like best about the product?
Having the dropbox desktop app and being able to access it like a regular folder within my computer. I like being able to choose what files to have 'avaialble offline' and which ones to have 'online only,' so as to free up space on my computer storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike video playback through a dropbox link; it's choppy and playbacks at a much lower quality. Also, whenever another user shares a folder with me through dropbox, the size of that folder takes up space on my own personal storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure if any upgrades are being made to video playback, but that would be mainly useful for me.
Dropbox is user-friendly and easy to access everywhere.

The dropbox must remain open for synchronization to occur.

I can conveniently store numerous files on Dropbox instead of relying on a portable USB drive, eliminating the need to carry it around everywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use, frees up space on my computer and also makes it easy to share items and albums with others. Great product... makes my life easier!

Somtimes I get a random file or request from individuals I don't know in my Dropbox.

Helping with storage issues and ease of sharing large files like photos and videos.
