Dropbox has been GREAT i LOVE it
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox works amazingly for me to work from multiple places for both personal and work business-related items. I have been using Dropbox for years. I use Dropbox almost daily. Customer support is great the few times I have had to use it. Dropbox is very user-friendly and easy to use and set up. I also use it to share common files amongst family and co workers and is very easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be cheaper, I use the free version for right now and it works great. I would consider more storage if it was mor affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has easily solved the issue of sharing a very important file amongst family and fellow owners and employees from multiple users at multiple locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a must have to access your files any time and anywhere. I'm part of a remote team with all of us in different time zones. Having us be able to access our files any time help makes our processes more manageable. I love how Dropbox keeps record of who has edited the file and if someone happens to be viewing the same doc at the same time - and if so, any edits will be saved as a conflicting copy.

The conflicting copies that get saved when using it the same time as another user

Easy to store and easy to share
What do you like best about the product?
With a paid subscription, I am able to back up my blog on a schedule. We also use it for file transfers that are too large for emails. I have never had an issue with the account. It's been extremely helpful in managing our website project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to sharing files. Sometimes it not apparently where to edit the files. It could be a bit more intutive to make small changes like updating a file name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to store backups of our website. Dropbox was a priced-right solution for what we needed.
It has been wodnerful easy to use and user feiendly for all ages

How easily accesible eberyhting is, it's a one stop shop and can be used on multiple platform. I lvoe how you can share with others and still keep your data protected from others.

How when you run out of storage you have to pay to upgrade and there is no stopping it,

the ease of use and how I do not have to always kep it on my internal hardrive
Dropbox has been a life saver for our businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is how easy it is to implement throughout both of our businesses. We utilize Dropbox for our businesses for backing up our website backups, and even our security camera backups. We have never had to reach out to customer support just yet as we have had no issues. We have been using dropbox now for at least a few years and will be continuing to use Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything yet that we dislike about Dropbox because the ease of use compared to the price is just great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Dropbox is solving for our businesses and how it is benefiting us is that we are able to utilize the backup service for not only our website backups automatically in case they crash, but our security systems automatically back up to Dropbox as well for both businesses!

The most helpful thing about Dropbiox is the ease of sending files and folders to difference service partners.

I have no issues witgh DropBox and think it is overall a great platform.

Its allowing me share large amounts of documents and files with service partners.

Essential For My Business
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for everything in my studio. I keep my files organized and I can easily share them with my team. I work in the film post-production industry. I send files to clients all day long and it saves time to simply copy a link and share it with the right party. I don't have to worry about a shared link expiring or the client not knowing where the link comes from. This is so essential to my workflow because my team and I don't have to worry whether the files we share amongst each other will be there or not. Dropbox helps us keep our office organized.
I highly recommend Dropbox for any business.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox should allow users to save the content on external hard drives. This would make storage space less of a concern when using the main computer for all files that need to be linked to Dropbox
