Good but behind
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has saved me from having lost my novel manuscripts several times, and I will always be thankful for that because I can't imagine having to rewrite a novel three times.
It's so easy to have everything directly save onto my Dropbox, which is why even if I've deleted a manuscript or it's gone missing it's always in my Dropbox regardless of if it's in my drive, so I'm really glad that it's easy to implement and integrate into my devices and therefore, I'm using it every single day.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's 2024 and Dropbox refuses to add features that other cloud products have such as the ability to save my live photos as live photos. All my live photos have just become images as if they don't have a massive amount of Meda data that I wanted saved but Dropbox refuses to do it and I don't see the point in having both a Dropbox and an iCloud storage so all my images every single one if I want it live I have to save it as a video which is such a waste of my time and it's so dumb of Dropbox to be so slow to add this feature, which is such a simple feature, because every other main cloud service has this.
I submitted the idea and customer support was useless as they have this board of ideas that they shove everyone's thoughts on but nothing actually happens as my idea has been there for years now and it has had several people agree with it and they still just say it is not a priority.

As an author, my business is my writing so the fact that I can trust to Dropbox to always have my files and to make them easy to access regardless on what device I'm on is key. I use a tool called Scrivener and it's not the most user-friendly tool in terms of saving so there have been several instances where I am freak out and think that I've deleted my manuscript, but Dropbox always has it, so I am very relieved about that.
