Very easy to use for work and personal backups
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to use backups across all my different devices, and I can store all different formats regardless of what operating system I'm using. It is really easy to get started and the sync feature works well automatically on my computer and my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
They raise prices annually and it's hard to switch once you have started to use

It provides backup storage for all my photos and documents, and I can share with my family.

Works Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Dropbox is to use. It works well with other softwares and is easy to implement into current processes. I have been using Dropbox for 10+ years and would recommend it to any friends working in the digital space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would say for Dropbox is that when sharing folders with other people, they must create an account to access the files regularly which they do not always want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage, and we will never lose out content

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how integrated and seamless Dropbox is when using my desktop or mobile device. I greatly enjoy how I can access anything from my phone or computer and can easily share with clients or colleagues. Additionally, I enjoy the DropBox Sign feature which allows for sending contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the search feature when using from your desktop drive. If items are in the cloud, you cannot search for them unless you go to dropbox online.

Easy Way to Store and Share Large Files
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of dropbox to be able to share large files that wouldn't fit as an email attachment to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the storage is limited and they charge for additional storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of when an attachment won't fit in an email, I can upload to dropbox instead and easily share the link with my colleagues.
Good for collab, basic paid features could improve

Dropbox's desktop integration makes collaborating easy.

For the basic paid membership, the history feature ought to cover more.

Customer Support Struggles
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to store shareable documents that are accessible to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I store a lot of documents and so do my peers, we reached capacity pretty quickly. I got confused on the process. I paid for more storage but instead of it adding storage to the business site, it gave me a new Dropbox site. I've tried to cancel the new site but have gotten confused. I'm sure this is quite simple but I just haven't figured out how to do this on my own; therefore, I've pretty much stopped using Dropbox and now use Google Docs and Miscrosoft OneDrive. Not being that quick at catching on to these things, it has been frustrating and confusing.

It was helping with collaboration and storage.
Essential tool since 2007
What do you like best about the product?
I use dropbox as my main folder on my PC, so that all of my work files (and personal files) are backed up in real-time.
This also means that I can access all of my files on my other computers and mobile. As a remote/freelance worker, Dropbox has been an essential tool for me for 15 years and counting. I also use it to conveniently share files and folders with friends, family, clients, co-workers and contractors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can't think of anything to compain about. They've refined dropbox so well over the years, and continue to improve its features and usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A good recent example is a folder I created with a client where we could share photos being used for a website development project. They were emailed images to me a few at a time and it quickly became impossible to find them or know which ones we even had. Dropbox solved that.
Effective, Efficient, and So Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, easy to access and affordable. Very little "training" needed to use dropbox and I can use it from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has gotten a bit à la carte for me when we started it was all inclusive.
