Nice tool for content sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use tool. It provides flexibility of sharing documents online in secure way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features available but you have to pay to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me in content sharing in secure manner.
Excellent file storage solution for church/small business
What do you like best about the product?
We use dropbox as a secure & convenient file storage solution. Dropbox allows us to safely and securely store data. Additionally, we are able to share files in real time and seamlessly access our documents across multiple locations, devices, and campuses. The integration is easy and fast. Our access to dropbox is much more convenient than a traditional server set up, and we use it constantly for all facets of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we experience is the inconvenience of being unable to easily upload large video files, both due to storage constraints and the time to upload those files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows us to acess files across multiple devices and locations, in addition to offering instant access between all teams.
Easy and Convenient to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Dropbox is easy to use and convenient. I can share all my business reports with colleagues with a few clicks of the mouse. I'm not an expert user, more of a novice, however; I need more time to learn about more of the capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not an expert user but I noticed I have screen prints saved that must automatically save. I'd like it to NOT do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share my files with my accountant and colleagues easily via email.
Dropbox for Paralegal
What do you like best about the product?
Sending documents to colleagues. We cannot email large documents. When I have to send a file, using dropbox is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading documents. The files that are sent through Dropbox are large files. It takes sometime to download the documents. Also, when downloading multiple files as a zip file, I cannot move the zip file to our case management software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not experience any problems with Dropbox.
Reliable Cloud Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of transferring files for on the road activities, projects, seminars, eductaional information, etc. Integrating files and sharing allows multiple users acces vital information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think fo anything negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing information in the field, rarely isolated from files.
Easy and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
Easiest platform I've found for securely sharing sensitive or protected information between organizations/consultants etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation features are not very intuitive, takes a bit of familiarization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to share HIPAA-protected information securely. Especially important when working with contracted data analysts or consultants.
Safe storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is safe online storage. Their security features help protect your sensitive information and gives you easy access to your information when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't not have anything negative to say.

The ability to store sensitive information and give you easy access while on the go. Readability to collaborate with others and share information securely.
Great service for sharing bigger files...
What do you like best about the product?
The convinence of being able to send bigger files. SImple link that allows them to download the file no matter what the format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything I dislike. It is overall a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send larger files that my email will not allow. Just one click and copy the link. It is really easy and convienent to use.
