Perfect file system for our business!
What do you like best about the product?
Best feature is the accessibility and the ease of use. We could NOT function every day without dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes updating is glitchy. A few times we've had to manually start the program to get it to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a HUGE help in allowing multiple hands in multiple documents. Everyone has access and tam collaboration is a breeze.
Good product, need more easy to follow clarity though.

Ability to store items and the type of files that I can keep.

Not the easiest to navigate based on instructions for everyday usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a lifesaver for me. It's effortlessly synced across all my devices, uploads are lightning-fast, and finding files is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more on my end - making sure I title a file correctly so when looking at it on the app on my iPhone, I can read it easily.

Good realiable cloud based storage
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based, easy to access. Easy to use and good integration with Windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic package storages tends to fill up quickly and need the upgrade.

I like the simplicity to share photos with our engineering firm in one central location

The only downside I can think of is sometimes it can be difficult to organize all of our folders to make them easy to find.

It allows our engineers to view the site survey photos taken by our sales reps so they can make accurate designs.
No file is too big!
What do you like best about the product?
I can share large files with clients and colleagues quickly and easily. Plus, I always have a backup method to access those files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a free version with more storage space for non-profits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I facilitate presentations in the community on a weekly basis. Most of my slide shows are 50-100 slides each and can't be shared through email.
Very user friendly and easy to navigate.

I would say dropbox is very user friendly, along with being beginner friendly and not needing that much experience to be able to navigate efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues in the past with dropbox not syncing, i would say that was the biggest issue i've encountered.

For me dropbox is nice because it makes sharing media between internal/external people very easy.
Simple and easy cloud syncing and storage

I like how simple Dropbox syncs with my computer.

I haven't had too many issues so I can't say there is much that I don't like about Dropbox.

It helps me keep my files backed-up online and have quick and easy access to only the files that I need so they don't all bog down my computer.

would be nice to use to share files through if we could actually get by on the free version.

if you are trying to share files you have to have matching or more data to be able to share files. if i am trying to send files to someone else who has a large amount of storage why do i need to have increased storage as well?

None really. we thought it woud solve our file sharing issues but it doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to seemlessly work thru all of my documents from different offices
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Dropbox. It satisfies my needs for my business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in different offices every day so Dropbox makes it easy for me to edit and save all of my documentation in one place and pickup right where I left off.
