Reliable and great for Business

Easy to use, Reliable, Great customer service, Secure and user friendly

The drop box link in the tool Bar alittle difficult to use

What do you like best about the product?
With dropbox I keep copies of all receipts and important documents. Easy to sort, file and keep from my phone or desk top. Seems to be user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found one but I also do not use all the features available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
so easy to file, go paperless and keep track of needed documents for our business operations. My techs can easily keep track of any receipts and contracts with out fear of losing them.

ease of use! Easy to upload and download. Organization is also very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the security this app for me to access my files from iPhone, iPad, and laptop. I also find it convenient to share files with associates and family.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is difficult. I've used Dropbox from it's earliest day. Improvements made to the app has made it easy to use.

Organization of documents and distrubution of same.

I am able to take work, Personal, and other items, which I may save anywhere without any problems.

There is nothing I dislike about dropbox, I have been using it for years.

Been Using Dropbox for 5 years
What do you like best about the product?
I use a Mac and I appreciate how it seamlessly works in the background. I appreciate how it seems to keep all my photos and piles of piles of files at the ready. I like that I can use Selective Sync to keep only the most important and newest files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hardware Acceleration seems to have the opposite effect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my files all in one place. Glad that I can access Dropbox from another computer if I am out and using my phone.
Makes collaboration and sharing of large files a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows large items normally not able to be emailed, or sent via text, to be shared with ease, especially if you have google drives that cannot be accessed by individuals outside of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found what I dislike about it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create a newsletter and our content is stored in a Google drive in a google doc. Our Google drive cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the company. While the Google drive has made this aspect of our daily work easier, it created another when it came to sharing the information that needed to be put into the newsletter.

I really enjoy how easy it is to use. You can upload many documents in very little time. Very easy instructions.
