What do you like best about the product?
I makes sharing documents so easy for work. It is safe and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I have had no issues with it.

It gives us a safe place to share our documents .

Dropbox has served well as a secure platform for storing/sharing my work with clients.

The ease of use, navigation and efficiency.

The provided storage is very little and the difference you get with the upgraded plan is significantly more.

Google drive has or is updating their terms of agreement to where your information can be used for AI purposes, and I, along with my collaborators for content are not comfortable with using it.
And Dropbox has been a platform that I've personally used for years, even in highschool.

What do you like best about the product?
We use drop box to share photos & documents with our out of State owners, it's very convenient for sharing photos, videos & documents - all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble uploading from my phone/the app - it's not the easiest to find folders & upload things where I want them to go.

Users out of State it is easy to share within groups

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless transfer of larger files makes it convenient to meet deadlines

I haven't experienced anything that I've disliked

Being able to send high resolution images or final files for advertisements and other collateral in a timely manner
DropBox makes life much simpler & organized.

Ease of use. Ease of implementation. Ease of integration. I can rely on finding what I need when I need it & quickly.

The expense is is a bit much for a small business.

I used to have issues with attachments for clients but using dropbox as a link has solved that

Easy and always accessible

I like that my files are always accessible. The backup and syncing across multiple devices, along with having copies directly on my main computer is a main reason i keep using it

Can be pricey for the amount of storage offered.

no need to carry around a hard drive or usb stick, just login and i have quick access to my files
