Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It can go across multiple devices and multiple users. It really has been a game changer. I use it daily across different users on my windows computer. I can go back and forth with my work files. I can also access them on my iphone and ipad. Which makes life just so much easier when I want to review files. Thank you for such a great product. I have not needed customer support, but I'm sure they are great just from the ease of implementation when I started it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a button to save to my drobox, or update a certain folder. Sometimes they don't update as fast, but are working on other folders that I don't necessarily need at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing files across multiple devices and OS's.

Rather easy access making it easy to use.

Sharing sata with others. Many of my business relations and friends do not have Dropbox.

So far nothing. I have not found anthing to dislike using Dropbox.

Large files are difficult to share. Also sometimes is difficult to coordinate sharing files and effectibly communicate with others at the same time.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to edit recepients, send reminders, and to manage signature requests overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would integrate better with Clio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to perform e-signatures. Saves time as we don't have tp mail docs or ask clients to come in to sign.

What do you like best about the product?
What is the most helpful is the fact that I don't have to worry about my pictures being saved! It automatically goes to my Dropbox and I can save them on my computer for later use!

I do wish I could pay for more storage!!

It makes for an easy drag-and-drop platform for uploading items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't quite user friendly. If one doesn't use it frequently, the selections for sharing and downloading can be quite confusing.

Transferring legal documents and medical films to providers for review in the name of leal defence.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows us to work easily between two companies. It's incredibly easy to use and I can honestly say that it's the best out there. I would love to brag about the customer support, but I've never even had to use it before! We use it every day as an incredibly important tool for our company. Thank you!

I would love if you could choose multiple files to upload at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a way to send our radio traffic to the company that syndicates our show. This is a protected way to get our systems to merge the radio logs.

What do you like best about the product?
I can save all my files and have others access. I can also save everything online to more space on my desktop

DropBox works fine for me. It is a bit costly and the syncing is usually slow on some ends

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox everyday and can't imagine not dropping. Every file I use is automatically synced to my multiple computers, which include a laptop, office desktop, phone, and a data terminal in my vehicle. I no longer worry about backing up files, and I am always working on the latest version of the documents I need. I would have finished grad school sooner if I did not have to rewrite so many papers.

The downside of Dropbox is that other people complain that they don't have it. Get Dropbox and stop spending time manging files.

I have nearly 2 TB of data. I access current files daily and seamlessly across multiple devices.
