Best cloud app that goes way beyond just a file server!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can synchronize all of my data to a local drive and work in the cloud from a local level. I like the access to all files from the mobile app and the freedom that provides an IT/marketing guy for over 50 companies! I love the PDF scanner feature that not even Adobe can make that simple. Sharing and collaboration tools are a breeze with Dropbox. I hope to see basic video editing in the cloud as a feature add one day so you can extract a small clip or remove audio and such from uploaded videos that will not require large upload times for larger videos. I can go on forever about how amazing Dropbox is and far superior to Microsoft or Google's cloud storage apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should be able to order hard copies of your entire file system for those just in case moments. I know I can download manually. It would be great to get a sealed HDD in the mail with all of our data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global access to files & features makes it a versatile app. I even have one of my clients running entirely on Dropbox
I love that it keeps me clutter free.

I love that I have a filing system for all my documents, digitally and accessible at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Dropbox for 6 years now and I have not yet found anything that I dislike.

It's helping keep the clutter to a bare minimum. I am able to keep all my documents organized and I am able to access these documents at any time!

Cost is a bit high for South Africa. Would be nice if loading a user theres an option to have all online first, then choose files/folders to also take offline. setup seems to take long

easier staff file reviews. no worries on laptops crashing. seting up is plug n play

if the sync is off, sometimes it doesn't sync immediately, or have to redownload dropbox

What do you like best about the product?
I can save my delicate information on Dropbox and have access from anywhere in the world. My colleagues can access team information across the board. I open my Dropbox first thing in the morning and check what's happened on the projects that have been delicated to my team. So very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team could be better but they eventually get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues are across the country. We can all work on the same projects at the same time. It elminates such things as lagging project deadlines from no access to the files.

Any emails I receive or send containing Dropbox files or even the name Dropbox go directly to the bin! Really annoying and I can't fix it!
