HelloSign makes e-signatures a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to automatically send reminders to people who have not signed. I also like seeing who has viewed my document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a more custom way of sending reminders and we could see the preview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the need to quickly get contracts signed from prospects. The benefits are that it cuts out the need for clients to scan and fill it out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial and send out some sample documents to another email.

Great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Userfriendly; easy to navigate. Easy to upload and send a doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the navigation menu could be improved. For example, Templates and Send a Doc should be accessible on the same page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great that it uploads a doc stamp so that we know when signatures were received.
Hellosign is the best, especially for my clients who are always on the go!

Daily updates and ease of signing documents.

I can no longer edit a document instead I have to cancel and resend.

Saving time and getting docs signed.
HelloSign provided exactly what I needed
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to complete and sign my docs in minutes. It was perfect user interface and experience. Kudo's to the dev team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I just wished I would have received a notice of my renewal a few days earlier. I was planning on renewing but was surprised by the charge. Not a big deal, 9 times out of 10 they did send it and chances are I deleted it without taking a close look at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Give it a shot. It worked great for us.
I don't need it every day, but when I do HelloSign does the trick

I like that the platform is easy to use. I use it primarily for contracts and the service lets me dive right in with my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it had an option to edit a document after it has been sent, rather than having to delete the doc and start all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software helps solve the problem of getting documents signed in a timely fashion. It also helps with the audit trail that it provides in case proof is ever needed in the future.
Exactly what you would hope for in a online signing application. Works well and very easy to use.

Easy to use and minimizes the back and forth with external parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be slow. Also, revisions require creating a net-new listing.

Efficiently gather needed signatures and minimize the back and forth.
Simple and easy. Great iPhone app.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the star of the show is their iPhone app. Once you have a template document setup in the system the app is by far the easiest way to quickly get a doc out for signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web platform is a little clunky and unintuitive at first. But once you get the hang of it is easy to use and does the job. Also emails from hellosign sometimes end up in the recipient's spam folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hellosign to quickly get NDAs and other contracts signed. It's a lot faster than scanning documents or using a PDF editing tool and emailing things back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily send documents to sign to staff. It's easy to add different fields and make them required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform I have doesn't allow more than 5 templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting documents to people during covid. One benefit was using hellosign for nee hire forms.
