User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Folders can be organised and files can be shared with multiple entities. Have not encountered any issues while using it
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the search bar option can be misleading sometimes. Does not show all the documents for the files when using search bar

Sharing files and important documents/spreadsheets with various entities, such as accountants, Bookkeeper, directors and other stakeholders remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has a simple interface for accessing content online and also allows for selective folder synchronisation which makes working on multiple PCs easier as you can choose which folders you want to see for each machine rather than having all folders update all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the country you are in, Dropbox can sometimes only be accessible if you are using a VPN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A recent report details that Dropbox has included the use of AI for indexing of files and projects on a users' profile, but has set the default as "off". This approach is a solid win for Dropbox as they leave it to the user to decide whether they wish their documents and files to be included, rather than turning it on with the hope or expectation that users will either not realise or forget to turn off the service.
At a time where the incorporation of AI services and the use of personal data is at an all-time high for concern, this places Dropbox in a league above others.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Dropbox is so similiar to using the Window File Explorer that ther is practically no learning curve. Yet it adds version control so you can recover an older version of the file based on the last time you edited or saved the file. You can choose to have your data only stored in the cloud or fully stored on the device of your choice such as PC or laptop. I use it daily. I have yet to call or contact customer support as it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I particular dislike about Dropbox. It's easy to install and utilize with other applications like Microsoft Word. What' not to like?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is as simple way to backup my data and share it across devices.
Dropbox is my life work backup.
What do you like best about the product?
The synchronization among different devices, version control, and simplicity of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic sync of files could work with AI managing what's most likely to be used to free disk space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If my devices go missing, I can have a safe night because I have a backup in the cloud.
Everything I need in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a nurse paralegal, and often have to share files with attorneys and doctors. Dropbox makes it easy to be able to keep everything in one place and share it with those who need to see it, whether it's one person or several. Privacy is also of utmost importance, and I haven't had to worry about that when using Dropbox. It's also user driendly, even for those who aren't the most tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside to using Dropbox, or anything that would necessarily have to be changed or improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to be able to share files securely, and Dropbox makes it easy for me to do that.

What do you like best about the product?
Drop box in convienent, and they are always introducing new features to their service. I have dropbox across all my devices, its easy to install, and intergrate into different systems.

Wish there could be some sort of rewards for users whos been with dropbox for a long period of time

Allowing users to send and receive files with ease. also ease of back up and seamless transition is perfect

What do you like best about the product?
Drop box is amazing to save files with outside organisation without back and fourth emails and larger files that don't fit into emails. Having a common area that everyone has access to is so handy and really easy to set up
What do you dislike about the product?
Although an amazing tool I have a few issues when saving things to my desktop it defaults to the drop box. This may also be a few setting on my end that needs adjusting

Sharing large files without having to tranfer on USB especially when sharing with people externally

Convenience - it is very easy to save files to Drop box and share the link.

No coment - I have not had any issues with Dropbox.
