Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Fast uploads. Easy share to others.

File manager can be a bit messy and be nice if it had better sorting

Sending large files to others that email can 't handle
Very useful, but advanced features can be tricky to navigate

Storing and sharing large files. The ability to collaborate on shared folders. Syncing to multiple machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always clear how to remove a shared folder from my dropbox without affecting the original files. Upgrading and downgrading file storage levels has somewhat unpredictable repurcussions.

That I can login from any computer and have access to all of my files.

freeing up space on my computer and hard drives -- as well as being able to share very large files with clients and vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple dropbox is to use. Even the most difficult tasks are easy to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I have is the price tag associated with it. Would like to see some cheaper options.

Dropbox is able to give us a central location to put all of our files for the team to access.

Simple interface and intergration into all products and software.
Easily backups up data to the cloud while also keeping an offline copy on the device if needed.
Works well on Mac just like on Windows. The iOS app is very functional and allows you to do nearly everthing you can do on the full version.

It can be expensive compared to other products that you get storage and other featurs.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it simple to keep important and sensitive files secure and updated aross multiple devices. Sharing documents with others is easy and very secure.

It can hog bandwidth on slow or metred connections, so you must remain vigilant about shutting it off in these situations.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, plenty of implementations and integrations and giving me exactly what I need. I use it on a daily basis, and to be honest, I never had any issue to contact customer support .

I really can't find anything that I dislake in the service of Dropbox. Probably that is the reason that I am using it for many years...

Having reliable cloud file service is a huge benefit for me.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use. Very secure. Easy to recover accidental deleted files. The best Customer Service support there is. I use it multiple times per day. I've been a customer for over 15 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all my files and syncs immediately with my phone, laptop, and desktop. Easy to share with employees and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to access and use, whether from a PC or Mac. There's also a microsoft word plug-in that's allows you to share the document or copy a link to the dropbox location.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to autosave in microsoft word.
