Extremely convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Data management between teams is simple.

Not as integrated as Windows storage, but better across platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage a large data project and our team is on multiple continents on windows and Mac. It makes collaborating in this way easier than other platforms (box, microsoft).

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to transfer files from Google Drive and other apps to Dropbox.
Dropbox is my "lockbox." My files are safe, organized, and easy to access. The mobile app is fast and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, nothing really. Who wants to pay a monthly subscription fee? But it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of storage space on Dropbox, so it's the place I send all my files for long-term safekeeping, freeing up space on other platforms.
Less Size Service on free basic service, high price on paid plans

i think it is good service, offer plans with big size

less chance to test free on longer based time, i used google drive free for long time and ended up subscribe to their payed planes even less size

I love that I can work on a project at home, save it to Dropbox, and pick back up on the project at work.

Sometimes one of my computers will stop synching with dropbox without me knowing it.

Dropbox is the easiest way for me to ensure that all of my important projects are backed up off site. Setup was easy and I've had no issues with the service.

I haven't come across anything to dislike about Dropbox. It does exactly what I need it to do.

Dropbox is much easier to use for transferring large files than any other platform I've used.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is one of my most essential tools, which I use daily. It perfectly syncs my working folders between MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, iPhone and iPad. I couldn't work efficiently without it. I have been using Dropbox for more than 10 years.
There are horrible imitators out there, notable Microsoft OneDrive and Apple's iCloud Drive, both of which are mediocre at best.

It's a bit expensive. I'd like it to be closer to $100 a year.

Just the overall synchronization between multiple devices, that's my primary use.
It Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
It always works. I never have to worry about it. When I need to go back and get an older version of a file, it will be there.

It requires an internet connection. Other than that, what's not to like?

Backup, collaberation, file revisions.
A great way to store files
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very seamless and easy to use Dropbox. Implementation is easy to learn and getting help is accessible. I use it just about every day! As a student I don't use any other file sharing app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Dropbox's file sharing functions were easier to navigate.

Having files in one place. I can find collaborative files very easily.
Simple interface
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of saving documents I work on as if it is on my hard drive. Never have to worry where I am saving files
