A tried and true collaboration solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access. Options like view only and password protection offer a great way to manage material. I also love comments for vs written docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compression on audio and video when viewed from Dropbox requires me to zip content and require a download for client reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files. Sync feature allows for automatic sharing and overnight.

How to do live WITHOUT Dropbox?
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is a means for storage. It allows me to "computer hop" and access the same important files when needed. File sharing between clients is also useful!

File sharing sometimes is clunky. Not sure if it's just me or the platform. I've been on for years and I still have to remind myself how it's done

I get to access my files from work and school online (& offline) both in my laptop and phone when I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything's great except when using Dropbox in desktop, I have created a taskbar shortcut but it won't open my Dropbox folder.

Ease of access of files wherever and whenever I need them.

It is super easy to navigate as well as being safe and reliable.

The initial sign up take a little bit of time- but that's small peanuts for how useful it is.

I like that I have Dropbox on multiple computers and can access my files anywhere. And also share folders with friends or colleagues that we can both access.

Sometimes it takes a bit to update across devices.

It makes it so I don't have to email documents to myself to have them on defferent devices.
Seamless sharing and backup experience through Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Creates a backup of my files giving me the piece of mind if my laptop ever gets damage or stolen i don't lose my work.

I like everything about it, the application is well thought out and helpful.

In essence, it solves multiple challenges including integration, safety backup.
Convenient, reliable and secure file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
In my 14 years of using the service, Dropbox has been highly reliable in syncing files across the various devices I've owned. Unlike other similar services, I have not lost any files while using Dropbox.
File and folder sharing on Dropbox is straightforward; it merely requires a right-click on the file or folder I want to share. Dropbox is my preferred method of sharing files or folders with family, friends, and clients because it is quick and effective, thus improving my productivity.
Sharing over Dropbox means I don't need to attach any file or folder to emails. Pasting the link to the file or folder saved on Dropbox is convenient and also saves email bandwidth and makes email attachment size limits irrelevant.
