Move over, DocuSign!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this service is that it makes it easy for all my clients to sign their retainer agreements in full - no more begging for scanned copies!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to automate reminders or to close out a Document after a certain amount of time has passed without signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it's so easy to get people to sign retainer agreements and to have full and complete copies immediately rather than piecing them together.

Tedious login process. Clicking to many buttons to get logged from start page while using google to login

I love the template feature and being able to change it slightly every time you send out a contract

I don't particularly like the UI. Think that it's a bit clunky at times

No more printing out PDFs for signatures. HelloSign takes care of all the logistics of getting something signed

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it makes it in uploading templates and getting the clients to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to change things and know when I input stuff what they will see vs. what I type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures quick and easy. We have realized that there are numerous benefits like real signatures and quick for affidavits/declarations we need.
Easy to use and it now has an app
What do you like best about the product?
I love hope it had integrated with dropbox. I can upload straight from dropbox and request signatures. Easy to use and it makes our business process much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could use some upgrades. Such as being able to draw for text instead of using just the dialogue box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saver for sure. It helps us focus on sales etc.
Super Helpful for Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is super helpful for keeping internal processing seamless. We are able to request signatures on multiple documents without a bottleneck in our workflow. I like how HelloSign sends emails to help me know the status of the signature process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit of time to go through and enter all the fields when I have multiple documents to request signatures on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire process empowers teams that work in various locations to continue with workflow without having to wait for too long.
Hellosign Review
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is very reasonably priced and the program has worked well since we have been using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of times it goes to people's spam folder, but that is probably not the fault of Hellosign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have contracts with clients signed and it is very convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should use it, its cheaper and works just as well.
Good alternative to DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
Synchronization with Dropbox is a nice feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes seeing documents outstanding does not show up correctly on my screen, but I get email notifications about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get documents back quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes the process seamless and automated, stress free with not needing the ability to be a computer guru.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I really dislike about HelloSign.

The problems HelloSign has helped me solve is eSign I don't ever have to scan upload or fax and get wet signed documents anymore.
