Great Cloud Service
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been my tried and true cloud storage for around 15 years. Long gone are the days of carrying around a flash drive for data storage, making life so much easier. Its user friendly interface and no frills make it the best in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Dropbox in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to be in the same room as someone else while working on a project jointly.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using this for more than 3 years and it is real secure, easily accessible through authenticated web accounts on android and windows platform and gives seamless experience to manage data securely and much better than other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
the other user shared folder space gets occupied with the existing space and reduces the total capacity thereby limiting the accessibility and speed while accessing shared data

I have multiple computers and personal devices linked to my account, and can access my files anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with a hacked computer that led to my DB account being involuntarily closed down. Contact an actual human was near to impossible.

Being able to work on files wherever I am.

Allows instant retrieval of photos, logos etc for use in social media, correspondence, advertising etc.

Does not allow me to back up rla files from my Landscape Design program (Realtime Landscape Architect), but that's the only glitch

I need speed and reliability for my business, and I would score Dropbox as 10/10 for both.
Great electronic filing cabinet
What do you like best about the product?
My filing cabinet is with me wherever I go. We no longer have paper files, and it's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes items you put in dropbox do not sync to all devices immediately.

We you have employees working from different locations, it's great to be able to access files anytime anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Was one of the very first platforms to cloud save, and being an early adopter was a great way for me to get extra GB
What do you dislike about the product?
Very cheap and low to artificially limit the number of connected devices when on a free plan, which is like lifting a middle finger to the early adopters who supported them and got the popular. With my 25GB of storage I have no use for a paid plan, but I can only have Dropbox on 3 devices, which is totally moronic.

Multi device usage
The best user experience. I haven't found a better one in 10 years.

Fast, excellent online interface and application, nice user interface.

It's a bit more expensive than its competitors, but not without reason.

With other cloud providers, I often have a problem with slow synchronization. With Dropbox, the synchronization always runs immediately and I have never experienced such anomalies as, for example, with Google Drive.
Ease of use and variety of options
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is accessible anywhere in just a click. I have used Dropbox since many years as an educator and administrator. The ease of use is a major pull for me. I use the native app on windows to upload my files. When on the move I use the app on my phone or the website to access my files.
As an educator I used to prepare multiple resources at home and take then on a pen drive to school, with drop box I eliminated the use of a pen drive completely. It was just upload and download. The other thing I like is the 30 day storage of the versions of my documents. I generously reveived a lot of storage space from Dropbox initially and have been using it since.
