Great storage option, lots of functionality and great ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Dropbox, it's integrations and functionality are all easy to use and intuitive to operate.

I would like cheaper options to get more storage.

I need a way to get lots of video off my plate to a place we can share.

Easy access to files from anywhere. Nice format and product. Affordable.

No downsides! Overall, DropBox is reliable, safe, easy storage for all your important files.

I know I can access files from anywhere and they're always safe and won't be deleted.

There are difficulties in providing the information to separate Dropbox save files.

Sharing information in a timely manner, is of the utmost importance in my industry

it would be great to have a suite of office software solution as google drive, and also it would be great to have more competitive price

How long it takes to sync & how it sync some but not all photos & videos from my phone etc

I'm an after hours worker & sometimes clients call when I am not at my computer & need something from me
Dropbox is a good way to organize and share information
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and share. I use it every day primarily for business use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I share a document or file, the person I am sharing with can't receive it because they may have a free Dropbox account and have exceeded their data and Dropbox won't share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business entails mounds of documets that need to be organized and shared and Dropbox helps with that. I can access the documents anywhere, which has been a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can organize all of my clients files. They allowed me to be completely paperless. When my clients leave, i can provide them with a complete copy of their file electronically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. That's why I've been a customer for 11 years.

Helps me to keep all of my client files organized.

I appreciate being able to access my files anywhere and the fact that the sync is nearly instantaneous! Really helpful for backing up data and keeping it safe!

Dropbox desktop app is the best invention. I can sync / grab my files from my laptop, mobile, and anywhere and it auto syncs!

Sometimes the website version is hard to navigate.

It helps storing my my files safely and I can access them from anywhere!
