Functional, clean, and reliable, but still has room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it integrates cleanly into the Mac OS and is super easy to access anywhere, share links, and organize files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in music production, and Dropbox has caused issues and errors with session files. Additionally, I think the options for plans and amount of storage could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox keeps all my files backed up and accessible for sharing deliverables with clients, working on sessions remotely, and allowing me to offload files I don't need on my local drive.

I can't contact the company for assistance. I've tried for at least a month to get a response. The only response I receive is.....this is not the correct avenue to acquire help. I've several avenues.....I don't know how to get assistance. I'm trying to access my file - unable to access. It's expensive - not worth the money when you can't access your account and/or receive assistance!!!

they are not soloving any problems.....I can't get customer service. It's impossible to talk to anyone or email the issues. I keep getting responses indicating I've used the wrong resource. What is the CORRECT resource for assistance?????

What do you like best about the product?
I have the ability to easily upload videos, create a l8nk to send to clients, friends etc. What I really like is that videos are easily converted & can be sent via text or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you delete the video in DV to create space, the link you sent out to others is no longer valid.

Quickly send vital information, videos etc to clients, co-workers, or businesses etc

Easy install and implement connectios to colleagues, friends and family for sharing and collaborating. I use it every day. I can rely on dropbox, whereas with Microsoft Sharepoint we had nothing but problems.

Where to store files for access anytime & anywhere
Dropbox provides for me a seamless method for document security and retrieval on multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
I save my documents on my computor and i can retrieve them from any other device. I use the product almost every day.

At times the setup can be combersome for us non-technology users.

Easy way to store and backup my materials, with an easy way to access them anytime or anyplace. What I also love is that I can easily share work with colleagues.
