Useful and low-friction way to backup and access files from work and home, and to share files
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep all my work files on it and access them anywhere with an internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to be easy to switch between my separate accounts for work and personal use. Now it is a roadbump. They moved the easy switching to a higher cost feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely and having access to all the files I need all the time.

Love that I can store information privately!

Nothing so far. It's been great! I plan to keep using it regularly.

Currently using it personally. However if I start working from home I plan on using it for business purposes.

Access documents securely from all my devices anywhere there is Internet connection

Sometimes the conflicted copy gets confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to start using, but offers a wealth of features for more advanced use as you grow with the product. It works seamlessly across multiple devices, whether using the website or OS specific apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website can be clunkly, and the drop box agent is not always reliable (i.e. it either dies or stops syncing)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to share files securely and granularly across both personal and business users.
Best cloud storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use tool for me and my team. Dropbox is used on a daily basis for various cloud tasks, and makes my business move more smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service at Dropbox is great, whenever I had an issue, they were coming back with solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now, all the previous version problems that were solved were my only issues. There updates are great.
I have used Dropbox forever and it has been amazing.

I like the fact that I can have all documents on multiple devices.

Sending multiple attachments in email and the ability to do so.

Making it easier to navigate between multiple devices.
Best safe filing system
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use, plugs right into your system, and can be used both cloud-based and installed into your computer. I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little pricey but it's worth the safety features it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a cloud-based, easy to use file sharing system.
Dropbox is the most consistent cloud document service I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how consistent Dropbox is across devices. I never have issues with syncing and my documents are always available when I need them. It is super user friendly as well.

I wish the website was faster and easier to use, but that's getting nitpicky on a good service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to use the service across a multitude of devices which makes it easier for me to get work done.
Set it and forget it

I love that it auto-adds my pictures when it sees my new ones

It is a bit cumbersome at times to navigate past years pics.
