Nice to have a cloud backup
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a backup of my work incase something were to happen to my computer. Very easy to use. It gives me peace of mind. I always use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot of storage for free. I'm always at the limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful to share a folder with a business partner, to share assets and collaborate on work. Keeping files organized and easy to find.

Honestly I have 0 gripes about the platform.

even I forget to archive my crucial documents, Dropbox never forget them to syncs
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes (I guess based on the size of files) sync process takes to long time. and it cause speed-decrease in my computer

What do you like best about the product?
The comfortability and ease of use. With the introduction of security controls, that helps us secure data properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay in notification of changes. Maybe it's a setting to adjust, but that stood out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removal of USB drives and alot of emails notifying you of changes. Helps keep the environment secure.
Excellent cloud service
What do you like best about the product?
Works great across all platforms and team members. The app and OS experience is very seamless for everyone and fast. I've never had reliability issues or had a clunky experience using it no matter what platform I'm on.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using dropbox's apps and sorting by date modified, it puts all the folders at the bottom. This is opposite of every other folder structure on every other platform and it really makes navigating the apps annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our stuff in the cloud so it's always accessible and safe from loss. We know we can rely on it working and being there, especially with the file history feature.
Dropbox is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for over 10 years and it has always been reliable; it's always on, and I actually feel it's more secure than my home backup Synology NAS. I also like that I could install Dropbox on external storage, which is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the sync time could be a little faster, but that is minimal.

I do not use Dropbox for business much.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can access Dropbox from any computer, or really any device, no matter where I am. I am constantly moving from one computer, to another, on my phone, or travelling, and having access to all of my documents really helps.
A few years back we had a virus infect company computers, and I was able to use time machine, and go back and recover all of my documents within dropbox, which is an aweseome feature.

The only downside is having to pay for more storage

Helping me store documents, access docuemnts, and share large files (pictures and video)
Useful, quick, and easy-to-use interface has made it easy to collaborate.

Dropbox is easy-to-use, was not hard to learn, has many useful features, and is not difficult to integrate into my cloud storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox new update I wasn't a huge fan of in terms of the user interface compared to the old interface. I found the old interface more simple and easier to navigate.

Ability to collaborate with colleagues that are in different parts of the country in an easy, streamlined manner.

I won;t say dislike but I don't like sharing a link to other people when sharing a document from Dropbox as that person may not have a dropbox account.

I love that can access Dropbox from anywhere. The mobile app works great and it intercepted great with iOS. Would recommmend 10/10

It could be a little cheaper. Always looking to save a little money. Not a dealbreaker
