Peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
I know my files and client files are safe and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really see a down side. Keeps my files safe.

Nice way to do documents upload with 3rd parties, also signatures. But sync and backup is still maid use

Easy to use and convenient to store and share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It's less stressful to share files.

Sharing content and files. Design files are hard to send via email.

Dropbox, the easy solution for moving, storing and using documents online.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been my go-to when I need to store and share documents online, whether for personal, business, or collaboration all the time. Dropbox easily integrates with whichever OS I am using on a desktop, laptop, or mobile. I would highly recommend this versus other sites that are filled with ads or have complicated processes to store and share data.
So far, I have not had to contact Customer Support for any issues yet. Dropbox is easy to use and figure out so far. I will continue using Dropbox for my daily needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping the free tier would have a larger storage versus what it currently has. But overall, I am satisfied with what Dropbox delivers. If that happens, I will get to use Dropbox more often for larger files and more. But using the app is quite easy and does not require additional effort.

File transfers, storage and security of file movements.
Workflow, idealized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my files sync across multiple computers and I don't have to worry about sharing files to various locations. It works seamlessly in the background. My boss and I share folders and her work can immediately be seen by me upon saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think dropbox does a good job of explaining the desktop (computer hosted) version of it's services. Many of my colleagues say they love google drive better, but what they don't understand is there is SO much more to dropbox than logging on to the website. Using it as just a website, is not very functional nor time saving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to access files across multiple computers without fail. As long as I save and close on one side, I can seamlessly move to my laptop or work computer and access the files immediately.
A reliable sharing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is widely known and used, so I most often have no trouble sharing documents and short videos with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Especially with longer video files, upload times are very slow and the need to quickly share files makes Dropbox impractical to use.

Having a reliable depository for creative shared content.
Worth the Safety
What do you like best about the product?
It is most helpful because it's accessible anywhere and the auto upload feature for pictures is very handy

Sometimes the interface could be a little more user friendly but otherwise not too bad

Able to show items with people a lot more easily and quickly
I love the functionality and simplicity of Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can store my files and work from any computer I connect is the best feature. It was easy to get started with it whenever I did. And it's easy to add and move and grow with it as well. I store all my files on dropbox and I can pull them up on any of my 6 work computers that I have access to. I use dropbox every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish dropbox could work across users on the same computer so that I could have different user setups for presenting with different applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have my files on dropbox and I can edit from home, while my team is using a different computer to use the same information. It allows to fix problems while I'm not even onsite.
My go to cloud storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to store, manage my files due to how easy it is to use, cross platform compatibility and in built document editing features
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to move files from one folder to another on the mobile app rather than having to go back from the beginning
