Always reliable an accessible when required
What do you like best about the product?
When I'm at a clients site and I need cloud based files they are always there. When I edit those files off site and return back to the office the updated file are where I need them to be

There are other Cloud based vendors having lower costs

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an essential part of our real estate team business. One of the things I like best is that for any PC user there is no learning curve. Once set up Dropbox integrates seamlessly with all of my other files on my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed the ability to both always have access to all of our files and documents in order to operate our team business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity for it. I like that it can be very simple to use. I like the integration on my computer than I feel google drive lacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how long it takes to sync files sometimes. Better than iCloud that's for sure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to upload, share and request files. Easy organizing of all folders makes work streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason some people prefer to use other sharing platforms which forces me to use theirs instead of Dropbox.

I use Dropbox as a backup but also as a way to share a link to large files that are too big to be an email attachment.

I can't think of many downsides to Dropbox. it works well.

You can access your files from anywhere as long as there is a network.

Not much I can't think of. Only downside is the the size of storage.

I love Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes life easy with it's easy to use interface. I like the ability to drag and drop files. The service is very reliable, and I know my files are safe and sound. I can access my files on mulitple devices, including PC, iPad, and phone. I use Dropbox service every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints. The threat of a cybersecurity incident is always there. Are my files really secure? So far, I have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the worry of losing important files. It keeps my documents backed up in the cloud. If my PC crashes, my files are still there. I do not need to use USBs or external hard drives. These storage devices can be lost, and more of a hassle to use. I like there are version controls on files. If I need to restore an older file, I can do that. I have one place where I can store all my important files, and catergorize with folders.

Integration with desktop file viewer is really important and helpful. Reliable and robust.

Perfect. Better if it was free! But worth the cost.

Great cloud file service
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and is compatible with a lot of other apps that ask for me to upload a file. It's simple to use and quick for me to find my files. If you are looking for a cloud file service, dropbox is highly recommended.

I don't have any dislikes about Dropbox. There is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can save files from Various sources and upload them to other apps for editing, Then once they edited, I can save them back to Dropbox.
