Seamlessly allows for cross platform files
What do you like best about the product?
I love how dropbox allows me to edit files across several devices while still keeping copies on my hard drive. I especially like that it keep them on one easily accessible folder instead of relocating files like one drive does.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see many downsides except that if you save a lot of files on one device it can use a lot of bandwidth on your other devices. This is less of an issue if you have reliable internet, but can be an aggravation if using anything less than broadband.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Dropbox I do not have to manually download files; it does it automatically. I also love how I only need internet for uploading and downloading. I live in a mountainous region where cell service is spotty, so this allows me to write and create offline and upload quickly when I do have. internet access .
Dropbox is easy and relilable.

It is easy and fast to access. interfaces well with windows exporer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have better tracking for when files are accessed and downloaded.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very easy to use. I have had my account for over a decade and it has been a lifesaver for me. It allows me to organize my photos, files, taxes, you name it. It also frees up storage from my phone and other devices, and is easy to access via the app, or the web based version. It's also very affordable for the amount of storage that is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature for locating files and folders could be refined a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated above, it helps me to organize and curate lots of different content. Be it photos, documents, or other important files for my business, such as presentations and workshop in seminar materials for reference.

I love how Dropbox syncs automatically with Scrivener and keeps all my important writing files saved even when I forget to save. Such a great app!

Wish it had a bit more storage for free.

I love how it syncs up multiple apps to keep files saved and organized.

Very intuitive and clean user interface. Syncing between devices is fast. Good functionality within the app such as previewing audio files.

Dropbox helps me to save my files, and free my hard disk on my PC from files and foleders.

Most helpful is that it saves entire books which I read frequently

Sometimes, when you have the file with the same name and you forget, it may wipe out last saved data.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very easy and intuitive to use. I use it to backup my dekstop and I like that it automatically syncs up with the files and folder updates on my desktop. It allows me to share files and file links easily with other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. The subscription fee is a minor point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing file links with collaborators and content partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access my files from anywhere. I also love that I can create a link and provide an expiration date. This helps with replays for missed webinars.

I honestly don't have anything that I dislike about it. It does everything I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I problems that Dropbox is solving is that I can access my files from any computer as long as I'm logged into Dropbox.
