The best way to save your important files!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access my files from ANY device. Whether its mobile, desktop, or laptop, I'm pleased to know that if I need to access my files, I can do so without problems. I don't have to carry around a small device and worry that I may lose or damage it. I love that is it sync my files that I update and I access those updated files. It gives me peace of mind knowing my files are safe. It's easy to use and setup was a breeze. I've nevey had a problem and I use it daily. So much so that I often forget that I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike. Everything I have experienced has been nothing positive! I glad to know that customer support is there in case I need them and they send emails when things change or update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tons of files for my small business. I need a place where I can use them, no matter what device I use. If I'm home, I can access files. If I'm on the go, I can use my phone. If provided with technology, I'm so glad that I can access dropbox via internet.
Saved my life
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox not only is a cloud storage, but also a helpful tool to sync files across the devices without any limitations, also their file history feature is really a life saver when I accidently deleted or overwritten my files!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, but hopefully the cost would be much cheaper in the future.

Desktop sync & cross devices access.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative sharing aspect is very important for me as an academic researcher. Of course, the whole idea of storing files in the cloud is revolutionary. So being able to access files on different computeres is a way to relieve stress about location of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
That are no "in between" size options from the free to the paid version. It's like 2 GB to 2TB. Why can't there be a cheaper 500GB option? I teach classes, and 2 GB is often tough to be under, but even 10GB would probably work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest, I'm not sure about what problems Dropbox is solving. I have benefitted from using Dropbox since I began usin it.

It's cloud based so your files are always available anywhere

On the free plan, there's a limited number of devices that you can have your account on. So you might have to use the web, but overall still great

Comprehensive file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The file synching in Dropbox makes it extremely useful as between different users or even different machines of the same user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with Dropbox is that permission access settings are not robust enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud content collaboration between co-counsel and expert witnesses on the same case file.
Convenient and userfriendly
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing in dropbox that we can easily maintain shared folder and organize the folders as per our convinient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no small data plan for using dropbox plus independetly.

We can share our document online in teams and maintain good collaborative work.
Used when needed
What do you like best about the product?
This seems to be a universal at to share documents as I get requested to load in there from corporations and investors. It's easy to use and I feel secure when loading.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's now very visibly appealing to use. I'm a visual person so it's not a system I remember ti use.

Securely sharing sensitive documents

What do you like best about the product?
Using Dropbox for all my documents gives me ease of mind, that even if my computer dies, there's a copy of all my things somewhere. And it's great bc I can access my documents from anywhere.

I do wish I could view my photos differently/more easily as images in the non-web version of Dropbox on my hard drive.
