Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSing is the best option I've tried for signing documents. I use it all the time for coaching clients to sign their contracts and it's super easy to use for both parties!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a cheaper option for people who need a handful of documents per month. Sometimes I go 1 over the limit and have to pay the full price which is a bummer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of getting virtual contracts signed.

Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
This has made onboarding clients so much easier for our business. No more printing, signing, scanning! We send over client intake and agreement forms and it's much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've yet to find anything I don't like. Everything works as it should for our clients and us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't experienced any problems and the benefits are a much more efficient way of completing and finalizing paperwork with our clients.
Great for Clients for Quick Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I love how super simple it is to upload a document, enter the fields, send for signature. The iPhone App is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to find anything. HelloSign performs as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of not being able to visit customers in person for signatures and also puts us in the 21st century.

Best e-signature tool to use for legally binding contracts
What do you like best about the product?
You can use HelloSign's dashboard to follow the status of signature requests, send signer reminders, and examine all signed papers. Within your account settings, you can also personalise the branding and manage the access of your team members. Quicker response time for completed agreements and contracts, improved security and document storage, lower expenses, and the complete removal of paper products are all advantages of eSigning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium version has all the features required, but it is somewhat costly as compared to other alternatives available in the market. They should change their pricing strategy if they want the product to be reached to mass market. They should also improve their customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without the need for a printer, scanner, or fax machine, you can eSign all of your most critical papers online. You can use a desktop, tablet, or smartphone to sign documents as per your convenience. As a result, signing documents online has become widespread. You can simply upload any document which needs to be signed, just drag & drop text boxes into the desired areas, and begin signing.
Like it better than DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hellosign is the ease of use of the app as well as drag and drop options for assigning signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike about Hellosign? Not much really. I wish it could be easily embedded into our CRM so we could execute there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving with Hellosign is not having to send scanned documents back and forth. We benefit by saving time.

As my title says, it's better than DocuSign!

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. It's also affordable compared to other products like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say there is anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many people working remotely it's simple to get the signatures needed for documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSIgn is easy to use, it's affordable. Easy to add and remove team members.
HelloSign allows me to send unlimited documents at a price point that works for my small business.
What do you like best about the product?
I previously used DocuSign; however, they wanted me to pay an exorbitant price to send out the hundreds of documents I need signed per year. I took the chance with HelloSign and have found it very intuitive and user-friendly. I can also use templates for a lower price than DocuSign. I am very happy that I switched.
What do you dislike about the product?
HelloSign works well for what I need. I have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I handle expense reimbursement for my clients and send out W-9 forms for signature using a template.
Best document signing software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and edit/revise. Easy to find documents once they're ready. Love how everyone involved gets a notification when someone reviews it then signs it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I've been using it for years. Will take it to all my future jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send client and employee contracts via HelloSign. Benefits are just that you can sign from your mobile phone and it's fast and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates directly into Hubspot and the email tracking is very helpful to stay on top of new agreements and closed business. There are no bugs, and in my 1.5 years of using helloSign have only had 1 day where the server was down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to update current templates feels cumbersome. As a startup, our contracts and official agreements are always changing. So having to go into the HelloSign templates and update them for big changes feels like a major task. I wish there was a better way to tweak current templates, without creating entirely new contracts in another app.

wish there were better organization abilities to save documents and templates, would prefer a Dropbox package discount since I use both services.
