Seamless sharing across devices
What do you like best about the product?
I work on multiple devices, and Dropbox is by far the easiest and most seamless way to access files. I have desktop PC's at my office and at home, plus a SurfacePro, tablet and my phone. I am able to store my files on my hard drives of my computers, and access them from the cloud on my other devices. Unlike other products (OneDrive, etc.), I can access and edit my documents just as if I was working on a local device (which I am), but they are synced across all devices. Finally, you can log into your account from a guest device and access individual files and documents without installing the app or linking the device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints at all about Dropbox. Occasionally, I will have conflicting documents if I have them open on multiple devices simultaneously, but Dropbox labels them as conflicts.

What do you like best about the product?
Syncing is automatic and rarely has any issues. I use it to also sync data for other apps and it integrates with many services seamlessly. Implementation is simple and I don't have to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes uses a lot of computer resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows easy collaboration amongst remote teams.
Outstanding tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access any of my Dropbox documents from any internet connection. I use it daily. Easy to install and maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using for 10+ years, I have found nothing to dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documents are all in one place so no need to worry I don't have the most recent updates or changes.

What do you like best about the product?
The best, the "only" way to send or receive very large files!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting set up the first time can be a bit daunting, but once done, it's easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The age old problem of files being too big to email!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save my receipts for Business Credit card reconciliation.

Nothing really. I keep trying to think of something but nothing is sticking out

What do you like best about the product?
The app and windows version of Dropbox work very well together. Unlike other cloud storage, it's easy to search and find files, and there's no need to convert to different file type.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any dislikes for me. The price is reasonable, and it updates/ syncs very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The immediate transfer of files between user interfaces.
Beautifully Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to simply connect different devices, documents, files, folders, pictures and anything else I need to send to other people or simply for myself to access in different ways in different places. Dropbox is beautifully simple and allows my so much flexibility and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of dropbox is that its dependent on network connection. That is really it. I have been in locations where I have tried to pull up documents that I needed but it took a while because of the remote location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Dropbox, I had to print everything I may have needed for my job just in case. With Dropbox I can upload whatever I need and be able to access it remotely with my Ipad. Dropbox is making sharing large files, documents and everything with my current job really easy.
Great Secure Way to Share Files
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and is easy to set up links to documents. We primiarly use Dropbox to share documents on the web with a lots of people at once. Everyone can open the document regardless of the type of computer an what software they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like about dropbox is sometimes the naviagation on my end gets confusing. I have a lot of folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is sovling the file sharing issue across platforms. It benefits us becasue it helps us distriubte our content to people across the web.
Dropbox makes it easy
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to store my files in the cloud, freeing up my computer space. It also makes it easy to share documents with other people. I can access my files from any computer or my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Dropbox.

Accessing files from anywhere - makes it easy!
Good alternative to OneDrive
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox started it all. They were the original file storage app. I still like it better than Microsoft's OneDrive with their restrictions.

Only drawback is that sometimes it can take a few minutes for new files to upload and save
