Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
All of my files are available on any device I am using and since I access files multiple times a day this is very helpful. I also like that a shared doc can be updated by each individual and changes take place immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of multiple people needing to access documents.

Dropbox can be too aggressive.

What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies my life. The ease of use is incredible; I can upload, organize, and share files effortlessly. I can find my files across all my devices in real-time.
Knowing that my files are backed up securely with features like version history and encryption gives me peace of mind.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that the desktop app can be quite resource-intensive, slowing down my computer sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's makes it easier for me to share files with my students and colleagues – whether it's lesson materials or group project files. With everything in the cloud, I can access my files from anywhere, anytime. No more worrying about losing files or carrying around a bunch of USB drives. Plus you can upload all kinds of files.

Dropbox is seamless from my computer to iPad to phone - all my files are accessible and not taking up space on my hard drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! Dropbox annual billing is even simple.

Dropbox has been my file storage software for over a decade. I appreciate its stability and ease of use on any device or operating system I've had in all that time.

I wish it would let us edit files without logging in to MS.

Keeps all of my files safe and organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can sort files and folders just like on my desktop but a backup copy in the cloud for easy reference. It frees up space on my laptop and home desktop so they can stay running smoothly and at optimal speed. It is so easy to save files directly to dropbox as well!

Honestly nothing I have found! It solves every problem I have with data storage.

I'm able to use it across platforms and across devices. It's super easy to set up. I use it every single day.

There's a glitch with making files offline only right now.

It makes it super simple to share files with people, whether they are in my organization or not. I like that I can limit access to a certain file, or even make colaborative folders.
