It’s been very convenient and accessible.

I love how I can access it through the different devices I have.

It would be nice if they can lower the prices.

Being able to access my content when I need it.
Seamless and simple, but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with local file systems makes using Dropbox extremely easy. Automatic syncing, as well as the option to save files locally or exclusively in the cloud are fantastic core features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost when requiring more space beyond the free tier of Dropbox is extremely high. Ideally I would pay for only 250 GB or so of space, but the lowest paid tier is multiple TB and this costs well over $100 a year, which is much more than I would like to be paying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to use a multitude of devices for personal use simultaneously, while keeping files synced up and saved without needing to manage versions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of uploading files and photos in an ordered manner

At times, it is slow to sort out photos and has a difficult process to keep camera uploads up to date

Having an online cloud to keep my files safe and categorised

You can keep your files safe and readily accessible. It's very easy to update also.

I can't think of many downsides, besides perhaps that it doesn't seem to work as seamlessly with iPad

I need access to a large number of files at a moment's notice and Dropbox is unbeatable for that.

the free account of 2gb is too little. perhaps 5 to 10gb will entice more users

I love Dropbox, it's the oldest cloud storage service I've been using.
What do you like best about the product?
I use dropbox every day on my Windows PC and my iPhone. I love the ability to scan documents using my phone's camera. I also love how easy it is to share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I had to disable the automatic Photos upload feature because I don't have enough space on my plan to store all my photos and videos.

Easy to scan documents with my phone and easy to generate a link to share files with someone.

What I dislike about Dropbox is its limited storage capacity for free accounts. Although Dropbox offers various subscription plans with larger storage options, the free tier's storage space can quickly become insufficient for users with many files or larger media content. Additionally, while the platform is generally user-friendly, navigating through folders and finding specific files can sometimes be cumbersome, especially as the number of files increases.

This benefits me by offering a centralized location to store all my important files, ensuring that they are securely backed up and easily accessible whenever and wherever I need them. Dropbox's collaborative features also facilitate seamless collaboration with colleagues or clients, allowing for efficient teamwork and document sharing. Overall, Dropbox streamlines my workflow, enhances productivity, and provides peace of mind knowing that my files are safe and accessible.

Fantastic access across all my devices instantly. Huge storage allocation.
