Excellent Software for Anything You Need Signed
What do you like best about the product?
Since HelloSign became Dropbox Sign I have had no problems or issues. The switch was seamless and I have access to alll of the same features and ease of use. I still have contracts sent to customers in minutes, they review, sign, and we both get a signed, verified copy. So quick and simple! And the price is more affordable than other similar programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to go to our clients to get signatures and then distribute copies to everyone. Now it's all done from the comfort of everyone's office on their own schedule.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nothing to think about, if you need documents signed electronically, this is your program.

A business tool worth using!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has been great to utilize for required, signed documents and remote work during the pandemic and now beyond!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had an issue yet! Very pleased with how we utilize HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting compliance documents signed and proving validity while the whole team is not together.
Good for template documents
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign templates are very user-friendly both to set up and to use. It's a little tedious adding a one-off document for signature, but putting together a template allows for populated data and data entered by the sender or either signer. Signing order can be set so that the first signer completes the remainder of information before the document goes out for signature. There are plentiful notification and reminder options to keep track of the status of pending signatures and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API integration is very expensive compared to DocuSign and Adobe Sign for a per-user license - twice as expensive as our current plan to add API integration capabilities through Zapier or other no-code integration platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate fully remotely, so an e-signature solution is necessary to us. Additionally, due to our clients' industry, we need something that is both HIPAA compliant and avoid misuse of PPI. HelloSign is a simple to use platform that allows us to quickly and seamlessly get signatures from new clients during their onboarding period.
Quick, easy, secure
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to format PDF documents for completion and signature, then to send out to multiple parties. Notifications keep you updated as the document circulates, then it is stored securely for easy retrieval. Syncs well with Dropbox and Slack too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to automatically be able to add 'initials' to each page for each signatory. Folders and tags would also be a useful addition, so docs can be easily filed and retrieved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides legally binding contract signatures with audit trail and document stprage. I have used competitor software for this, but this is the best in class in my opinion.

Easy to use and has great template offerings where you can frequently revisiit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be better and I belive their competitors have a bigger market share.

The easiness has been great! I have been able to send information to client and get it back in minutes where before would take a few days.
Perfect Resource for my Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick process to upload sign and send. Makes getting contracts signed an easy task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the product as is. It fits my needs perfectly.

HelloSign allows me to get contracts signed quickly and conveniently. My presenters are all over the world and this allows for them to quickly sign and keep it moving.

HelloSign is very user-friendly and is very simple and easy to use. It is especially convenient to have clients sign documents without coming into the office to do so.

I honestly do not have anything negative to say about HelloSign.

It can be costly, but worth the money while we are doing so much digitally during the pandemic.

Having ease for our clients and my employees to sign documents has been the greatest benefit.
Easy way to conduct business
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other companies, HelloSign is the easiest to work with. Our clients find it easy to review our contracts and sign. Part of our job is to make it easy on everyone, and HelloSign definitely makes it easier on us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the templates is a little more complicated than I would like, but that is just me; our old office manager had no problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HelloSign has made it easier for us to send out the contracts and have them signed quicker. Our scheduling is fast-paced, and HelloSign keeps up with us.
