easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
File storage from any device, the ability to share folders with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing that I can think of.

Updates to house plans are easily shared with the entire team.
Easy to use, would've been great if the basic quota is larger

Dropbox is easy to use and allow for a generous quota through referral. DropBox was the first cloud computing I was introduced into and I use it for all my work and personal needs. The files are syncronized accross device in no time
What do you dislike about the product?
Working collaboratively on an office file (eg. word file) may potentially cause file conflict, which is probably the main reason why customer would use Google Drive or One Drive over dropbox.

Sharing files with friends and colleagues. It saves so much time

Dropbox is one of the better albeit less private paid cloud solutions

It's fast , the UI is great and feels responsive

The plans are on the expensive side plus there are privacy concerns

It works as advertised and very simply syncs my stuff across multiple computers and the web. The back up feature is great and I use Dropbox Capture a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding storage after maxing out is impossible unless you have a business plan. Sharing with other people can be confusing - they need space for their own copy, they accidentally delete stuff, etc.
