Dropbox is my go to back-up storage

Plenty of storage option even in the free plan. Good integration with other apps so that content is easily shared and saved.

Dropbox business is a bit expensive for smaller teams

Adding another user to a shared folder can be a but cumbersome.

In certain cases when customers are not able to upload their content directly to our Support Website, the simplest alternative we can suggest is to use Dropbox

Dropbox is works great syncing photos and documents through Andorid phones and on computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is very difficult to navigate through files because you can't break it down into smaller files. Videos also take time to load and don't always play back without delay.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very first one of it's kind which was available for storing files . I really like the simplicity and sharing features of dropbox. Just few clicks and files can be shared with any one .The desktop version is even much better drag and drop makes it too awesome . I am fully satisfied with all of it's featurs and I would like to recommend dropbox to everybody.

The obvious dislike of dropbox is it's less space. With google providing 15 gb space for free users , I don't think dropbox will be any useful for public.

well dropbox is primary for sharing files across the web . and it is taking care of it very well

Smooth, integrates well with windows despite not being native like Sharepoint and have never had coworking issues or sync failures, despite working on files with multiple people

I can't really think of anything. Maybe the fact that they have their logo floating on the left when I open a file from my dropbox folder?

I really liked the ability to just press a button on my laptop to save the screenshot and then I could access it from all of my devices
