Secure and easy use
What do you like best about the product?
It is a secure platform. Very simple to use. Even for a beginner, interface is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud space provided for dropbox free is very limited especially now because of loads of important data to be put there. It should be increased and some more incentives should be given while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based security and privacy is respected while using dropbox. It is simple to use and integrates well with windows and iOS. i have been using it over a decade and i have not found any compatibility issues which i like about it so much.

price is bit high. Functionality is overall good, no complain.

It is simple and intuitive to use. Files can be organised very easily

The free storage option is very low, I only have 2GB given to me which is not good enough if we compare this to other alternatives which offer atleast 15 GB

Dropbox helps me keep important photos and files safe and secure and allows me to be able to access those things no matter what expecially after breaking a phone as soon as I get a new phone all I have to do is log in and all my stuff is right there

The automatically backed up files from computer backup are harder to access and share links. Also, there are very limited options to expand storage.

Best Cloud service for personal and business use
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for over 8 years. First I used it to store my personal files and photos. Noe I also use it for my business. I can easily access all my files from any device and don't have to worry about loosing the important files and photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder structure is a bit hard to navigate on the mobile application. On desktop it is as easy as navigating through any folders and files on your computer.

Securely storing my files and making them accessible from all of my devices.
