Excellent product, great option
What do you like best about the product?
The basic plan includes way more features than the comparable plans from Docusign. Pricing is much more affordable. I enjoy the template links, as i can use them in template to create large quantities of contracts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if access to the API didn't cost $50 per month. I still have to manually retrieve information from signed contracts to add to my internal database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using this exclusively for contractor agreements, client agreements, work for hire agreements. Including the template links in onboarding emails has made life easier.

Easy to use, streaemlined
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign lets me create signature requests in a way that's very easy to use. I can usually create a form within minutes and send it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then I come acrosss a file where the signature box needs to be inserted sideway (90 degrees off) and there doesn't seem to be a way to rotate the field boxes in HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that HelloSign is a flat rate product so that I don't need to worry about creating forms that need to be revised (e.g. an offer letter sometimes takes several iterations)

The application is very user friendly! There have been no issues thus far.

Sales team takes a while to get back to in order to add more templates.

I am using this application for sending electronic copies to our clientele.
Absolutely Love using HelloSign
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HelloSign for over 3 years now. It makes signing and keeping track of documents easy and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to make changes to documents without having to upload a new document and reenter the signing spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients and I no longer have to print out and sign and reupload documents. Plus, HelloSign sends me an email when the other parties have viewed and when they have signed the documents which makes my life much easier.

There really is no downside. The application is simple.

Intuitive easy to use design, UI, UX. Workflow is simple, they are also continuously improving the design and workflow and adding new features

Should be easier to pick the sections where we need others to sign --- make it more intelligent instead of the user going to the spot and clicking

What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign is a platform we use daily within the company, capturing clients signatures have never been easier. I love that hellosign tracks the document process & sends automatic email reminders!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing we do not like about Hellosign. I love all of the features it has including the ability to make templates so I do not have to type out the same email message multiple times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to use hellosign saves us numerous trips to client homes so capture signatures on documents we need to continue our process. Without hellosign we would most likely have to take three times as long before ordering our materials after capturing a client signature.

I highly recommend hello sign over docusign.

So far I haven't found anything that doesn't work for us. Its perfect!

This has been tremendously beneficial for our hiring process so new employees can easily complete the necessary forms we need.

It takes very little time to create and send documents that require signatures. The process is secure and straightforward. In addition to ease and security, it is economical.

So far, there isn't one aspect I dislike about using HellpSign. All good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has the ability to take existing fields on other electronic documents and auto-populate it, Saves a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would change about Hellosign is expirations on documents, the field of work I am in it takes months to sign a document and when it expires it's annoying to have to resend the document and start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving issues of people not having a printer with them at all times. Most of my clients are in the field working and don't have access to a printer most of their day,
