What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to share files and folders with pasted links. Secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everytime I use the Vault, it makes me reenter the 6 digit code a few min later. Been doing this for YEARS. WHY??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the sync to backup my hard drive files in real time.

Easy sharing and access across devices
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple devices can be linked to an account and sharing is real easy. The 30 day backup facility comes in handy very often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to share files with those who are not aware of Dropbox.

Sharing files across my colleagues and real-time updates in the files

Easy to use. No surprises. Main functions are stable fir decades !

Nothing obvious. Doing good job so far.
If I am to propose something, I would say, that it can be useful to add some tools on smartphones (and pc) to convert file formats... image to pdf. etc. Without having to export / import to use external tools.

No loss of data. Data accessed from everywhere

DB is a reliable workhorse. It does what it says it's going to do. Relatively easy to navigate for those who understand basic file hierarchies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration is not always smooth. Sharing in low bandwidth environments can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing working versions, but it can take sometime to onboard users.

2. Performance - Purchase never seen slowness to upload or download. Even in low bandwidth

It helps us to maintain easy access to files, documents and resources throughout the company and is always improving
It is easy to set up and works well with Mac, iPhone, iPad and integrates well with MS office.
We havent needed customer support, but would imagine it works well

Providing easy access to files for all that need them, wherever they are
Makes life easier navigating multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic updating which enables me to save a file at home and pick it up where I left it in the office has been a lifesaver. I honestly could not do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional syncs take a long time. When adding a new device and/or during system overhauls, synching several terabytes of data is every bit as painful as one would assume, and it tends to slow the whole system down when doing so...
