Easy to use storage. Slow loading of pictures on Dropbox.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload and view files from any device. Great at sorting pictures. I have never needed to contact customer support, everything is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The photos on Dropbox take a long time to load while reviewing them. This makes it frustrating and difficult to integrate Dropbox into everyday use. Hence, I use it more once in a while than everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me additional space to store and sort photos.

Limited free space . I think storage should be minimum 20Gb

Excellent and easy to use cloud storage and file sharing software. Very friendly interface, robust features, and cross-platform compatibility make it an essential tool for individuals and all types of businesses. We can effortlessly sync and access our files from any device, ensuring productivity on the go. I believe Dropbox is a must-have installed app for every person.

Nothing much but the free space storage could be increased a bit more.

Its collaboration features, such as shared folders and file requests, simplify teamwork and streamline communication.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i like is the convenience of Dropbox, it does not take any effort and at the same time i have access of my files on all of my devices and im not worried about loosing any information!

Im only sorry that more people dont use it. The more the better!

Seamless Cloud for All My Documents
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it seamlessly synced with all my devices, phone, laptop, iPad. And the user interface is just so easy to use. I keep all my important documents on Dropbox so I can access them anytime I like.

The free storage capacity is too low. I wish it could be increased.

Cloud storage for all my important docs.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about drop box would be how I can seamlessly keep track of my documents as a student and use it to work on multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the upload time for documents can take a while.

The use of usbs seem like a thing of yesterday thanks to dropboxes seamless data uploads.

As a longtime user of Dropbox since its early days, I've witnessed its evolution into a robust file storage and sharing system. I appreciate its seamless file syncing across multiple devices, making it incredibly convenient to access my documents, photos, and videos wherever I go. Indeed, this cross-platform compatibility ensures that I can work efficiently regardless of the device or operating system I'm using. Dropbox integrates well with many third party apps, and sharing files with friends and colleagues is extremely easy.
I find the user-interface to be user-friendly, too, which makes navigating through files and folders a breeze. I am also convinced of the security features implemented by Dropbox and trust my data to be secure.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, one drawback that stands out is its pricing compared to competitors. While I've found Dropbox to be worth the investment for its reliability and features, I recognize that it may seem expensive for new users comparing it to other possibilities, especially for simple storage solutions.

Dropbox's ability to address the challenges of file management, collaboration, cross-platform accessibility, data security, and data backup enhances my workflow, productivity, and peace of mind, making it an indispensable tool in both my personal and professional life.
i love dropbox-however, it is a pricey option

the sync, and ease of usage. the ease of sync amongst many users.

the priced plans are very limited. in a market like india, which is highly price sensitive, google one offers many storage plans as compared to dropbox which is very very limited in approach, plans, and flexibility.
we are a small business, and would love to have dropbox paid version, however, the plan minimum is 120 usd per annum, for which it is more wise to invest in a hard disk, as we already have a LAN network.
if there were a plan at half the price, (and half the storage), or 3 plans with 500 gb/1 tb/2 tb, or a choose as you go plan, it would be definitely my first choice.
the sharing options outside of dropbox are very inconvenient. i should be able to share without a dropbox linc to whatsapp.
