What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to store all of my files. The best feature is the Sign tool. It's very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The download feature is harder to find on mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Space options. It has many other tiers now in the event that I need to upgrade or downgrade fast.
Great sharing and bakcup tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily do a folder with files and share it with my colleagues, I do this constantly. It is super easy to use, fast and reliable speed. Either share a direct link or give them access. The support is also good, I've contacted them only a couple of times and my case was solved. I have implemented Dropbox as a part of out team work where we integrate every plan through it. It is great tool and we've been using it for more than 6 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The newest redesign of the web interface seems a bit slower than it was before. Sometimes it can crash while scrolling through photos or videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily share files between the team and when finished we can send a Dropbox folder to the promoters, label or anyone that needs any assets from us.

Ease of use, powerfull syncing and good user interface.

File history could be more simple to use.

Dropbox sync our files in order to have a backup on the cloud. We can access them cross computers, phones and tablets.

The windows app can't set a Dropbox directory on a removable drive.

I like that I can access my notes easily from my phone or laptop and I can continue to access them if I'm traveling. You just sign it on any device.

You quickly run out of space and need to find way to increase your space limit. The membership plans are expensive.

I don't have to keep notes by hand.
