I don't really think about Dropbox much. Once I have it installed on my device, I rest assured that my files are safely backed up in the cloud.

It is solving me having to carry or remember to have a flash drive with all the docume ts I have on my work desktop so I can do work from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great cloud storage platform. The speed at which it uploads file and also syncs it across different devices is promising. I'm using dropdox on my phone, tablet, desktop everywhere. One place to keep all my required files/documents handy. Sharing files is just a click effort. Overall application design is very friendly and easy to understand.
Plus it allows you to integrate few plugins with different platforms, which extend the usability.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has a limit of number of devices it can be linked to use at a time, but the unlink and link a new machine needs extra steps, whcih should be instantly accessible at the time of linking a new device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me cloud my personal documents and files which I want to share. Google Drive exisits but the storage is very limited and is aleady utilized by Google photos. So if I want to keep my work documents, files separate from my Google drive, Dropbox is the platform I would recommend.

The best thing about using Dropbox is its seemingly use across several devices, as well as the 1-month recovery period of accidentally deleted files.

The price of Dropbox could be a bit cheaper.
