Dropbox User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendliness. Very easy to navigate from one folder to another. Free storage is also good enough for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's lagging and become slow. Other than that its fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloude storage. I can navigate my personal files wherever i need to do so.
Overall happy. Service is fast.

The ability to sync and transfer files between systems

The Apple cloud integration and larger files sometimes not actually being on my system when I click to open them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to share files too big to email. Allows me to transfer files quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the rev control that they built in a while back, though I've never had to revert any files, and I've never run up against my storage limits. I use it to sync between my phone, tablet, and PC, and I constantly send files from my phone to my PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nit picky, but I wish there were a way to stream music playlists to my Xbox. That would be huge for me, so I don't need to hook something else up to my nicer speakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easiest way for me to send files from my phone to my PC is through the DropBox iPhone app.

Work from home and an office, Dropbox has been my primary means of making sure all files are accessible at both of my computers, on my phone, or anywhere I need them.

Files can be saved on PC as normal but accessed from elsewhere

Very simple and clean interface to store documents and files.

Seems to be not as good for online work collaboration such as excel online compared to maybe mircrosodt excel online with SharePoint.

The thing I dislike about Dropbox is that the storage is very less for free accounts

It's fantastic. I've been using Dropbox for over 5 years now. It's vital for sharing large files.

The artist that I work with are all over the world so being able to load the work in one location is vital.

What do you like best about the product?
What makes Dropbox so convenient is the ability to upload to its cloud from my computers and my phone. Accessing files from multiple platforms saves so much time in the process of content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how it takes up space on your computer and eventually runs out, yet if you offload to just the cloud the process of having to download each file to your computer individually before use wastes a lot of time.
