Easy and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Can easily use Dropbox on all my devices, both browser and app. I can make lots of folders and subfolders. I can share some folders and not others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm hesitant about having files only available on the cloud, so I keep all files locally and I have to save manually and watch the volume of files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated scooped storage, easily accessed and categorized.

it depends on internet to allow you saved easily. sometimes if bad connection, theres a chane saved file is not updated.

Dropbox is a Godsend
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has literally changed the way I work. First of all, I have no fear that anything I store here will be lost or comprimised. Until a friend told me about Dropbox, I had lost so much through external hard drives, and pen drives.
Dropbox makes it so easy to organize, store, and retrieve items on my laptop and my iphone. It integrates seamlessly with every program I use.
I use Dropbox approximately 15 hours a day six and a half days a week.
Dropbox stores files for me made in Word, Photoshop, Publisher, Excel.
Customer support has been extremely helpful answering the questions I had. It is easy to contact and the response has been immediate.
I have yet to find anything to say negative about this platform. Not only is there nothing negative, I shout the praises of Dropbox because it is the best there is on the market and at an incredibly reasonable price.

Are you kidding?!? There is absolutely no downside to Dropbox!

I do not use Dropbox for business purposes. I do, however, use it to publish my church's Sunday bulletin as well as booklets.

That I am unable to send files directly from Dropbox as attachment in Gmail

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for almost 10 years & Love using it. I like its Privacy the most, which makes my privacy completely safe.
One of the reasons I like Dropbox is that the data in it remains safe for a lifetime.

overall I would give 100/100 to dropbox. I have only one concern & the one thing that I want to be some improvement in is to increase the data storage that it gives to its free users. Thank You

Fantastic Dropbox!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we dont need to send emails etc - we create folders in dropbox where all my staff can access! It's fantastic!

Dropbox has been such a powerful tool for me in my business. As a designer dropbox makes it so easy to share folders and files with my clients. Love it!
